It is good and never know if breakdown on my iMac and I purchase iMac at BestBuy that can have repairs or upgrades...

This is a great service especially if you're buying a new TV and need installation as it's included in the membership. The tech team did a great job installing our new 75 in TV on the wall in our living room. No fuss - no mess.
