    Not sure yet Miss understood coverage I think Already had total tech on monthly .Was told this would cover everything instead of buying individual coverage per item but didn’t show up on my account coverage for Christmas presents picked up after this purchase nor ones that we purchased before that are still able to be returned and eligible for individual coverage should have been covered under this total tech.

    the customer service over chat is very nice. The bad thing is after paying the $200 for the subscription they come a first time, don't fix anything and when you contact them again they need to charge. They offer a discount but cannot tell you how much your visit will be so you're in for a surprise.

    Best decision I ever made. Now every device I purchase from Best Buy comes with the warranty included. The geek squad has already sped up all three computers in my house. That service alone with McAfee would’ve cost $300.

    Love having the Totaltech Membership. Anything brought within the time it goes under the plan u will not have to buy it separately. Great buy if you shop electronics throughout the year.

    Best Buy Total Tech is a great deal if you think you might need Geek Squad service or planning on buying an appliance. I've already saved twice the cost of the membership in less than 3 months.

    Total tech is the real deal. I’ve saved more than twice what it costs in under 6 months. Love the peace of mind it brings on all our electronics. And Best Buy will even help with the items purchased from elsewhere!

    Membership took a lot of benefits away. Used to be able free delivery and installation. Also was able to get rewards points on purchases.

    They were very nice. I would like to add that they do need to answer the phone more as I was on hold for a while and just ended up going to the store. They did everything they promised and more. Would recommend 10/10!

    I recently purchased a totaltech membership and have already used the services three times in one month. Just ordered a new TV as well and the membership includes delivery & setup. Super convenient and cost effective.

    Unless you are expecting to have serious issues with your recent purchases, this offers no value. The support it offers is a joke and they don’t actually do two day shipping on orders as promised. Do not engage.

    This membership has pretty much paid for itself! I have taken all my pcs and tech goodies in for service and repair and have received wonderful recommendations on upgrades and usage.

    This membership made sense as an add on for a large TV purchase that needed to be professionally mounted, but I won't be renewing. Extended return window is nice, but extended warranties are meaningless since they run in tandem with manufacturer warranties a lot of the time, exclusive member pricing and deals tend to be on older stock, and so called VIP access to dedicated phone and chat teams has been a regular exercise in dodging aggressive upsells that defy common sense and inconsistent support (chat told me something wasn't possible and then phone support made that impossible thing happen). This service would be much more appealing if the VIP call access let us reach a store directly, since any call to a Best Buy location is automatically routed to a call center.

    If you can afford this, get it! Especially good for home buyers who are looking to buy appliances. I really like the added protection plan to every purchase with the total tech membership. I’ve already saved 1K!! Worth it!
