Haven't had to use this new service yet since this purchase.. but we used to use Geek Squad in the past and loved it so I'm counting on it being the same or evem better. Seems like they added more services.

Totaltech is definitly the only way to go! Everyone is SO very helpful and have such terrific knowledge in all areas that anyone needs! It also give extra benifits so yes the way to go!

I love this! I have used geek squad’s a couple times whenever I have bought new stuff, they deliver them and install them for me. They are also really nice and professional

This membership has paid off already. I bought new appliances and they delivered, hauled away old items, and offer a good warranty. The cost of the e teas at other stores would have been a lot!

Totally worth it! If you get your tv mounted ALONE would cost $200+ - it pays for itself so quick. Plus AppleCare on anything apple you buy at Best Buy is a major bonus. Highly recommend!

I decided to buy this membership when I bought a brand new gaming PC that was around $2000. Who wouldn’t want that extra safety measure as they advertise however very quickly into the membership I realize that this plan is not exactly what I envisioned. Please know that there is a difference between warranty and protection I was not fully educated on this until I had to look into the footnotes and disclaimers for myself. The 24 seven chat line with agents is absolutely atrocious never once did I get one person that clearly understood my problem and help me in an efficient manner I was constantly being transferred to different agents been asked the same questions give me the same answers having to wait for replies constantly all the time. No you do get geek squad with this plan however do you know that every single geek squad charge is not covered by this totaltech. You will still pay for certain things here and there which you know is good because you’re not paying for every single service but for $200 and the way they advertise the plan I was assuming that it was going to be every thing so because of all these issues not only did I return the PC but I am canceling my membership with totaltech .

Still trying to get new laptop working correct with transferred information from old laptop.

I brought in my dell laptop for repair and troubleshooting not knowing i would be in there for hours having them unscrew and place my 1tb ssd inside geeksquad. When i came home to play my game still same outcome lag and slow gameplay freezing display and poor gaming from steam maybe it just couldnt handle it.

Already used this purchase at our local Best Buy. Got a tune up for our laptop. Thanks Best Buy.

If you buy expensive electronics and have kids or pets, don't leave the store without the protection. I buy so many electronics, I decided to give this a try. So far I have not needed it, but we shall see.

Excited for the benefits. Didnt get a chance to use it so far. But I know it will be great. They also provide general support for your existing devices as well not purchased from BB.

This membership is really worth it if you buy products at best buy. I love the convenience of having my products insured without having to purchase separate insurance for each item.

I bought this to use for installations when I purchase electronics. I have had my services rescheduled 4 times now. 2 times Best Buy canceled and on the 3rd time the technician refused to finish the install. I had to make another appointment to have the work completed. Which I am still waiting on.

Got the membership then my bestbuy credit card change amd i put it on the app but some how they will not charge it for renewal and cancel my membership then I was told to buy it againg but will not cover previous purchases so not a dan of their customers service

I bought this membership for early access on a PS5, at first it seemed like a lot of money but after considering all the electronics I have purchased from Best Buy it was money well spent because this covers all of them.

I am so excited about this! I always buy the extended warranty for everything I buy, even my vacuum cleaner . So this one time purchase covering everything I buy plus more is sooo amazing

This membership is great if you shop a lot at bestbuy on large items. I however feel the points you use to earn on the elite members membership should still apply to totaltech members plus they should be able to bank their points. I mean they are already paying $200 per year. That is the reason I deducted two starts. Otherwise I think the membership could be even better for all members.

I am so glad that I was informed of such a great value. I am a college student, and I bought a new computer for school. I plan on using the membership to its fullest.

Idk it just didn't suit me. I had my account for 3 years and attempted to redeem some value. Any kind. It didn't save me any more than usual. It didn't help when I needed tech support. It was a hassle to cancel up until recently.

This membership is well worth the price. Just the delivery and installation service pays for itself the first time you use it. The extended warranties and tech support make it great as well. Highly recommend!
