I purchased Totaltech for $199.99 to save the labor cost on a car stereo system. I canceled the order within 24 hours, but had to call Totaltech for a refund, and they only refunded me $120. I spent 1.5 hours trying to get the remaining $79.99 & tax back in a check, and it can take up to 15 business days to receive a total refund.

This membership is a no brainer if you have multiple laptops and other electronic devices purchased through Best Buy, one visit and repair pretty much pays for the whole year price!

So far no complaints and just found out full benefits. To be honest I purchased it unknowingly with a larger order. (My fault) I just purchases a dishwasher for install and haul away is free vs. $40.

A little spendy, but if you can afford it, do it. I have an expensive TV, Xbox Series X, and other items covered for at least two years. I like the TotalTech savings on items as well.

Already was able to buy a PS5 and saved 150 dollars on a receiver that I just purchased. Another 50 dollars saved and I'll have my initial return back. I personally love this membership even if everyone else is dogging it.

Best plan for purchases from then to future of one year. They will put products together, deliver for free, and so much more. I purchased this plan and my Apple Care was included free of charge which I was impressed.

This is a MUST service if you have a home office and are semi-fluent in computers and printers, etc. They are always ready to help. A value item if you are a small business or independent contractor.

I had no Idea it Covered all my Purchases and included Installs for Products as well. The savings on the Plans alone from the Devices and Services I received already exceeded the Cost of the Membership. Highly recommended,

If you are purchasing large appliances, this membership pays for itself in delivery and installation fees! Plus, there is usually a discount available for totaltech members. Great value!

Membership is a good value especially buying high priced items. Geek squad protection cost just as much totaltech membership.

We asked whether or not a Total Tech plan would include Webroot services and were told it would. Come to find out, it does not! We are cancelling our services. The plan is roughly $100 more than we have previously subscribed to. We think that a 40% increase is exorbitant.

I was sold a total tech subscription a little less than a year ago. I was told it would totally cover repairs and replacements to my TV and my cell phone recently purchased from Best Buy at that time for a period of two years. The fact that I was told it would be a two year period was the ONLY reason I would spend 200 dollars on the membership. Flash forward to now when I recently received an email that my membership that protects my equipment for two years would only do so if I let my Totaltech membership renew at the end of the month. Which would bring my total to 400 dollars to keep my second year of "free" protection. When I declined, I attempted to use my membership to fix the small blemish in my screen that had happened a few months after I got my phone. Sure I was told...because you're a member you'll save 20 percent on the 500+ dollar repair. So the sales pitch that my 200 dollars was actually covering my repairs was also a lie. I asked for any reparation for the lies about the time of tenure. Offered nothing. The lie about coverage. Offered nothing. TotalTech is a total lie. I will buy no more of my electronics through BestBuy. I know it means nothing but you lost a loyal 20 year customer. I'm disgusted

Guys I’m telling you total Tech is so Worth it!!!! I was able to get a great discount on a few items that I purchased. And the cost is really not that bad when you break it down. Look into it it’s definitely worth it

It was unclear that the TV mounting charges are so high. I had total tech in 2018 and 2019 and bought electronic over 30,000 dollars from Best Buy. I got all my tv’s mounted for 50 bucks. Now I am told that to get TV’s mounted its 200 dollars vs 50 that I had paid. You should have clarified that the terms have changed and probably compared the changes

This membership is awesome, I am glad I purchased when I bought my new TV. I got TV mount and installation for free plus I get support for free. Just get it, you won’t regret it.

Just extended the service for another year. Fine service across two states where we live during a year. One north and one south. They show up where our computers are located.

The total tech person was truly helpful. He transferred data on my iPhone and iPad Pro. He explained everything in a simple logical level. He did not talk down to me, but rather met me at my level. Thanks.

I was very pleased with all the Geek Squad folks who assisted me both in the store and at my home for the installation of our Sony 55" OLED television and the re-mounting of our older Sony in another location.
