Even when my school couldn't tell me when I couldn't do one thing or another it was Geek Squad who figured it out and helped me. Saved me tons of stress and time.

I do like having the benefits with this membership, extra time with warranty and I’ve had it for at least five years in Best Buy. Peak squad has been great to me by rearranging wires in a PC and installing screensavers.

I purchased the TotalTech Membership expecting expert support, professional service, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Geek Squad left me frustrated and disappointed. What should have been a simple PC repair turned into a two-week ordeal filled with misinformation, a lack of transparency, unapproved decisions, and inconsistent pricing. I was contacted through a technician’s personal phone, given incorrect part recommendations that led to unnecessary purchases, and had major repairs done without my consent. On top of that, the store initially mischarged me, returned my PC without cleaning it as promised, and even admitted to ignoring a clear policy violation. By the end of it, I had replaced almost my entire computer unnecessarily, costing me far more time and money than it should have. That being said, the membership does have benefits. You can get good deals on products, and the included insurance on purchases is valuable for protecting your investment. For straightforward purchases or coverage on items, the membership can be worthwhile.

Honestly its been the best decision to have stopped at best buy, i got helped multiple times with people who actually knew what they were talking about. I will now keep paying my yearly fee for my membership because its SAVED ME! I always think that those memships are a waste of time but OH MY the deals they benefits you get is all worth it!
