They really are as flexible as they say they will be. Really enjoy it!

The My Best Buy Total membership is a must for me and family. We aren't then "techiest" so the piece of mind that we get from it is priceless.

This plan is ok and works decently if you spend a lot at Best Buy but to be honest, the fact that it does not offer drops and spills or accidental protection like other companies and stores on all of the electronics, and the fact that it is a hassle to get things repaired or replaced, I do not feel the cost balances out the benefits. When I went to the store recently for a warranty claim for the monitor I had just purchased 60 days before I was told it was not covered and had to buy a brand new one. I was told by the sales person that everything was covered that we bought which also included accidental and then found out that it did not have it. The manager told me that no company offers this but I have it at 3 other retailers and also when I looked online, I found many other warranty companies who offer this. I will not buy the plan again when it expires.

I think the amount you pay for the MyBestBuy Total Membership is completely worth it. This is especially worth it if you have quite a bit of tech.the added bonus of getting deals early and some freebees.

I have had the Geek Squad membership for years. Have not and would not give it up. The price is good for the value you get from having it. Have had many repairs and replacements. It has been a blessing to have. Love it!

If you have a lot of electronics, you should consider this plan. I will save you time and money, and a bonus is for the peace of mind that it gives you. That alone is worth the price of this plan!
