This membership is awesome. Best Buy fixed my laptop,set up my new cell phone, installed 2 new refrigerators and installed a Roku and then showed us how to stream...all part of Best Buy Totaltech membership !

I saw no benefits to this plan. I feel like I just gave the company an extra $200. When I thought I would be able to use it, I was told that the product only covered software issues and not hardware. I was only able to get "a discount" for repairs. So, more money out of my pocket. I wish I had never gotten this.

I’ve had total tech for almost a year. I haven’t needed it until now and I’m disappointed with the fact that I have a co-pay and repair costs for a broken key on my MacBook that is less than 1 year old. This is not the coverage I thought it was.

My wife talked me into the membership, but I must admit that it’s worth it. I had a TV installed free of charge and numerous discounts on items we’ve purchased since I got the membership!

This membership gives some good value. It gives put exclusive promos and deals and sometimes gives out exclusive items that only total tech members could purchase. I bout the 1 year and i am satisfied with it.

Very convenient protection offered by BB. Service , knowledgeable staff is very good and reliable. Price should be for continued members a little less. But it is good to have the cover Geek Squad.

It is very good to have the membership because there I can go to the Geek Squad at any time with any problem I have with my laptop. I had to take my laptop to be fixed and having the service helped that process.

Look at Total Tech. It literally paid off in one use. I'm a tough grader and Best Buy is a one stop shop. Best prices or will price match and with Total Tech I've saved almost 400.00 this year so far

This membership is a life saver, especially when there's a deadline that you've got make and you're laptop freezes up on you. Then it's the Totaltech crew, who's there to save the day!

Awesome but it’s not as good as apple care because doesn’t have much benefits.

First time buying the yearly warranty for stuff i got at Best Buy. I think this is better than getting individual warranty.

Bought into for Apple care when we purchased a laptop. But there are so many benefits. Plus Free delivery and setup we use when we purchased an LG OLED unit. Very worth it when something may fail.

The sense of security you get from this service is incredible. I have had to use this service twice in less than 30 days and I was relieved that someone was there to solve my crises!

I haven't used totalTech yet but if it is as advertised I should have anything to worry about
