Good deal if you plan to buy more than one item in a year that requires installation, like I do. And this option makes way more sense than just paying for a one-time installation.

Although this is a yearly membership, it brings good value when electronics malfunction or break.

I like the fact that I have unlimited Geek Squad protection and that I can go to them any time for questions. Plus the fact that many of the items bought are covered on this membership.

the value you get from this is actually quite good. it cost about the same as buying coverage for a single item...this covers everything for two years. first thing like this that i have purchased in over 20 years.

Bought TV Wall Mount. TotalTech covers standard installations! When I tried to schedule, I learnt I have to buy TV as well for Wall Mount installation to be free; else pay $150. Guess what, Amazon does it for $150 too!!!

The total tech membership gives me peace of mind with all of my devices eligible for Best Buy support even if I didn’t buy the item from Best Buy. It is far better value for the money spent on the subscription.

best purchase i ever made. Being a student and panicking when your laptop starts to dysfunction and with COVID everything Is remote. Thanks to totaltech and geek squad support all my worries were taken care of.

I was buying appliances for a kitchen remodel and bought TotalTech because of the savings. Service level for installation was okay. The dishwasher stopped working after 2-3 months of light use. I got onto the chat and they scheduled service 10 days later (today) and I learned that it was canceled. No notice, nothing on the app. I got back in the chat and learned that I need to call the manufacturer. I was told that the 800 number was exclusive to BestBuy. I scheduled service now for 11/2, almost four weeks after the initial call. Turns out, the 800 number is not exclusive to BestBuy. I saved a lot of money on the actual appliances and the installs went okay but if my recent experience is any indication of the future, I will have to rethink the membership.

Advisors in the store provided excellent information explaining the membership. And I got a promotional reward for buying the membership. Gives me peace of mind, if I ever need to use their support.
