This membership is awesome. Member perks and prices are unbeatable. The geek squad support gives peace of mind whenever I need help with trouble shooting or installing software to my laptop. I was hesitant to purchase a laptop at first but when I learn of the geek squad, I was convince to buy laptop and every tech needs and become a member. Customer service is great.

This saved me $ in the long run. I have zero desire to work on my own electronics, or know how to fix them. This plan got me two computer repairs, and then some. Then add in the extra warranty on top, plus install/repairs for anything bought in store. I cant say if its worth the $200/year, but it worked out well for me, right when i needed it.

I was fortunate enough to review this membership prior to the membership plans changing. This membership is way better than the new plans being offered. Online it shows that I have a different plan, but after phoning Best Buy, I still have the total tech plan until my one-year expires in May 2024. So unfortunately I have to call or in the store make sure I get the free installation if needed or service. I don’t know if I will purchase one of the new plans when mine expires because they aren’t as good for my money.

I definitely recommend Best Buy Total Membership. Geek Squad is my IT helpers. Excellent resource. I have Total on my TV’s, Refrigerator, Computers, Nintendo. I purchased a Nintendo and had an issue. Total Membership worked above my expectations. Best Buy took the Nintendo & replaced it. Excellent value!

Awesome membership, now on my second year. First year had a couple of small appliances fail and they refunded the money, no questions asked. Also purchased a couple of MacBooks from Best Buy, so the included AppleCare is also great.
