This membership is a good value when you need big purchases. It saves you in the long run and you get free shopping to home with it too.

You won’t get a better package than this one. The ease of mind you having knowing all your purchases are protected, and the fact that you can get limitless support for any issues you may have. Personally, one of my headsets broke and all I had to do was bring it in for a replacement. Great customer service!

I think I purchased a handful of items while I had the total tech membership. I’d get it again if I could actually afford it and had the money to buy items throughout the year.

You cant purchase totaltech at the time of writing this review, but it’s still very cool. The free deliveries, both mobile and home installations, and other benefits make TotalTech a sweet deal. Price is a bit high but you can surely save more money if you go to best buy atleast somewhat frequently.

I would recommend this memberships to a friend that can manage, I wouldn’t to a friend that see it expensive. But the good thing that there a another membership option.

Being total tech membership gave me peace of mind and not to thing about installation costs and warranty issues. Customer care support were response and highly knowledge about the membership options and was able to help me schedule couple of installation for my thermostats and tv unit.

This membership was recommended to me when purchasing some items at the store. At first I wasn't sure of the value, but after I became a member the difference was clear. For someone who purchases a lot of expensive technology for their children this is a great deal!

Best Buy Total Protection is everything and more! I own two desktops and two laptops and Total Protection has saved me so much money. I realized I needed Total Protection a few years ago when I paid almost $100.00 plus for a pc tune-up. But even more than that, I didn't realize all the extra benefits that go along with it!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Geek Squad coverage. I feel like I have my own IT department. A few times a year I have to have them "tune up" my laptop, which is 7 years old now, but they keep it going like a champ. I don't know what I would do without those multi-talented techs coming to my rescue.

It’s a good deal if you buy regularly. Good savings, and free item protection make each purchase more valuable than I can find elsewhere. My son cracked his laptop screen and we got it repaired for free, without having to purchase a protection plan. That alone paid for the membership fee.

Quite a surprise when I took my computer tower to best buy at Gateway Mall! I explained the problem I was having with it, and they solved my issue for no charge! After that, it was a no- brainer to buy the yearly plan!

The unlimited Geek Squad service makes this a real bargain. Seems like it's been once or more each year that I encounter something that trips me up and I can't fix on my own. But then, I don't have to since I get unlimited access to Geek Squad and I just don't have to worry. They've got my back.

As a retired older person, I have not kept up with technology so knowing I can get someone to take care of my problems is worth the subscription

While providing great all around value, I found that this really helped me at a specific time which was during the moving process - The membership fee basically covered all installation - washer/dry, tv/mounting, ring installation, each of which would have run at about 150 per appt. typically.

TotalTech seems to be of a good value so far. It includes AppleCare+, sometimes offers slightly better pricing, give you added security of Geek Squad. It seems to be worth it on larger purchases.

It has been nice to have peace of mind that my items have been covered against the unforeseen dangers of life.
