went to store in bellevue with an appointment to add memory to my desktop which I was told to carry with me. didn't happen. Customer service was poor and was told that I was misinformed on the phone that it could be done with an appointment. I realised I was paying for the attitude and not service.

I've had the membership for about a month now. So far, so good! I used the TV mounting service for an 85-inch TV. It was well worth it! And the customer support is excellent!

We have had total tech membership for several years. All techs are knowledgeable and helpful. Since we have several devices, it is good to know we have them all serviced.

These techs know everything including all types of PCs and laptops. They know hardware and software. They do a very good job with recommendations. No pressure to purchase anything.

Total tech covers essentially everything and covers cost of reapiar its definitely worth the 199.99 annual charge if you shop at best buy a lot or buying something expensive

I have the toital tech and I bought some workout equipment. Having totaltech not only warrantieed my item but they also delivered for no extra charge so it actually saved me money. This is a must have!!!

Good value, nice that once you have it additional purchases are also included. We just purchased 5 phones for the family. Was more economical to do this for data transfer and insurance.

Let me start by saying you need this. This service saved my year old laptop when it crashed. Best Buy geek squad did everything needed with no cost to me. $200 a year is a no brained for all your electronics.

Great value for the cost. Was able to have older Macbook Pro start up disc issue addressed. Excellent attention and understanding of the issue by the Geek Squad. The quick turnaround time was totally unexpected.

Could save some money if you’ve fall in love with Best Buy and purchased a lot with them. Extended Warranty or AppleCare is on month to month basis so it requires you to renew to keep it. To me, not worth it. To others, could be a great deal.
