So far, I have been able to use my membership to save money on a laptop and a new phone.

1st: Although I get it, I dislike that out of all the things I've been reviewing (made a lot of big purchases lately) this is the ONLY one that gives "suggestions" on what to say in the review. Dear BestBuy, don't ask for honest reviews on other companies products and then try to load my lips on your product. That being said, I do think this is a great value if you're planning on making any large purchases. This product was less than 1 protection plan on some of my items, so getting the protection plans automatically is worth it alone.

Totally worth it for the tech support and extended warranties. I saved money on repairs and love knowing I’m covered if something breaks. The peace of mind alone makes it worth it!

Once upon a time, I upgraded my own computer myself. But those days are no more. Like cars, needed information are guarded by manufacturers. The GEEK Squad has transferred data from old units to new plus untangled several viruses over the years. Excellent Work!

I dont buy to much from Bestbuy but enough a year where my credit card and total membership is worth it from member deals but really the return window and included protection plans that ive taken advantage of when needed have saved me some money if you buy alot from Bestbuy or even just a few thing that are high value buy total

this membership is well worth the money. Any time I have any issues with anything I have purchased from Best Buy they take care of it with no hassle.

I've had my membership only a couple of months but i brought my lenovo all in one desktop in for diagnostics and repair. My hard drive was completely fried, they were going to send my computer out for repair because it is an all in one they didnt want to open it in store to fix it due to the chance of breaking the screen. However one of the employees named Jay actually called me and he said he may actually be able to open my computer without damages. In the end he did open my computer, replace the hard drive, and didnt cause any damages to my screen or any other part of my system. I am very appreciative to him for going out of his way to help me.

. The best part? Geek Squad support. I had an issue with my camera, walked into Best Buy, and they took care of it—no extra charge. That alone made the membership worth it. If you’re always upgrading your tech or just hate paying for shipping, this is a no-brainer.

FANTASTIC customer service at Verizon desk 5 plus stars

Membership is fairly valuable; it was a shock when the price doubled and I'm still not clear what I am getting that justifies what I'm paying. Phone service with Geek squad is lousy bc I talk to the rep who answers the phone for several minutes, then announces that he/she will now pass me to someone who can address my issue. Why in the world does he/she even answer the phone!! i get so frustrated that I make an appt at the store which is 10 minutes away; I would NEVER subscribe if I lived 40 or 50 miles from a brick and mortar BEST BUY!!

Geek Squad is great, have already got my moneys worth in just a month. Will get it again next year for sure. If you have a lot of electronic stuff a must have.

If you don’t have this plan and you are a tech nut… or you purchase large appliances, and or you are upgrading your entertainment room… this pays for itself. This past year this subscription payed for itself over 3 times. They will set up your tv and sound system, your appliances, or other tech gadgets. Bought a TV and they mounted the tv at no cost, helped set it up as well, and answered any questions and thought me how to use the tv. Not only that but if your appliances break down they will send someone out to fix it! I plan on purchasing a couple more devices in 2024 and it once again will pay for itself.
