Best Buy Total Membership is a great value as it covers all purchases. Even though I may price check with other retailers on items, I always purchase at Best Buy knowing the protection is guaranteed and time efficient.

Took my computer to Best Buy in Fort Myers Florida yesterday before the person ever looked at it could not get the proper login password to get me on the Internet, then proceeded to tell me that the game I could not load was down that it was not my computer‘s fault And also corrected what was wrong with another problem before even looking at the computer three hours later I get a call to pick it up. My icons are off my screen when I asked her to put them back on. She told me they wouldn’t fit which they did. She never told me what they did with the computer Very disappointed in customer service. Previous to this experience, I’ve had one experience at the Fort Myers store. That was OK when I got my computer back. I had an instance, but I lived with it. It got corrected this time not happy with the person who I first spoke to at my 11 o’clock appointment.

I was skeptical at first when I signed up for this membership. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! Best Buy Wausau, Wisconsin has the best service I could have ever expected. The staff is well aware and very helpful to those of us who have limited knowledge on technical issues. Their patience and willingness to help is remarkable.

Total Tech Membership has been great for us, covering all of our major appliances and electronics has been beyond helpful for our entire household!!!

Total tech is one of those things you think you dont need till you do and im pleased to say im glad i paid the extra and got it for both of my big purchases, cell phone and computer. My cell phone got a cracked screen i made an appointment and it was hassle free i got my screen replaced that was about a yr ago and zero problems you cant even tell.

Was easy finding what I wanted the people were helpful.

This membership is a real value, it was the exact price of the delivery for my refrigerator and once I signed up for it the delivery was free. But it's so much more, I get so many other services along with it. It was definitely a no-brainer to get this membership!

This Prgram in and of itself is worth what it is worth, but still very lacking in compered to the (older)(cancelled) Silver Elite Program.

We thought that we needed this for the help to set up a new Windows 11 HP laptop, and Microsoft software. As it turned out we set the laptop and software up the next day and transferred data from our old PC without any problems. We therefore canceled the membership.
