Total Tech Membership has been great for us, covering all of our major appliances and electronics has been beyond helpful for our entire household!!!

Total tech is one of those things you think you dont need till you do and im pleased to say im glad i paid the extra and got it for both of my big purchases, cell phone and computer. My cell phone got a cracked screen i made an appointment and it was hassle free i got my screen replaced that was about a yr ago and zero problems you cant even tell.

This membership is a real value, it was the exact price of the delivery for my refrigerator and once I signed up for it the delivery was free. But it's so much more, I get so many other services along with it. It was definitely a no-brainer to get this membership!

This membership has been well worth the money to me. The geek squad team are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

This Prgram in and of itself is worth what it is worth, but still very lacking in compered to the (older)(cancelled) Silver Elite Program.

I was an employee at Best Buy and I was pushed to sell this, but for an unexpected reason. You'd think that with sales you were trying to steal extra money from someone, but that isn't the case. With Totaltech we were told to suggest it to customers to make them happy and not to get extra money. Best Buy looses money by selling Totaltech, but in return gets happy customers who love to shop there more often instead of other places like Amazon. Long story short, there is no catch and this is a win-win situation for business and client. Over the course of 6 months I saved $400 with Totaltech, meaning I got $170 for free and I'm only half way through the year! If you're skeptical about Totaltech, don't be. It's a great choice!

We thought that we needed this for the help to set up a new Windows 11 HP laptop, and Microsoft software. As it turned out we set the laptop and software up the next day and transferred data from our old PC without any problems. We therefore canceled the membership.

I love the program because I just purchased a home a month ago. I was able to have two televisions, washer machine and security by Ring that I’m waiting to be installed. I have called several times Friday June 9th when it was supposed to be installed. Best Buy not Geek Squad has not contacted me to reschedule as of today Sunday June 11. I did have plans to rate 5 stars but for that reason I’m not fully satisfied.

Best Buy total membership covers all my items if any of them get damaged or stolen. The Total Service will replace my laptop or phone if it has to be repaired multiple times
