    I am starting to find more value in warranties and service products so when I saw the total tech it was an easy choice for me to invest in getting it. Right away I knew I had made the right choice.

    geek squad support so far has been great, very helpful sett up new laptop and installed Webroot on laptop and my home desktop computer free with the total tech membership

    The way this was explained to me, Total Tech might be a better deal than having phone insurance. And to get other electronics covered without having to purchase them from Best Buy. Amazing!!!!

    I have little tech-knowledge so having the Totaltech to help and guide me is invaluable. The "Geeks" from the Geek Squad are wonderful. Lazaro came to help me and did a great job.

    There’s something like being able to sit down and call somebody when you need a hand or help with a tech question or support or something it’s going on with your TV or what not good job Best Buy

    The protection is worth every cent . Since I am not tech savvy. Have used plan a few times just call the store and ask for the help, they were very patient and professional.

    I'm glad they started doing this because you don't have to worry once you buy a product of theirs others because it's already going to be protected under the protection plan of geek squat

    DON"T RECOMMEND! VERY TERRIBLE SERVICES!

    Very bad service! They sent me an email about an appointment will be delivered on Saturday from 2-6 pm. Until 6 pm, no call, no one shows up. I called customer service, and they said in transit, I received another email that said "estimated arrival time is 6:20 pm", then an agent named Hector called me said" I can not make it today, I will reschedule you on Mon or Tue. I said I have to work on Monday or Tue, I was just available on Sunday morning, he said he will call me on Sunday morning and will come from 8-9 am. Until 800 am, nobody call and comes, I call3ed Hector, nobody picked up the phone, no one called back. I called customer service again, I talked to Jonathan, he said the agent will come 7 -12 am Sunday morning, and I will receive an email within 15 minutes, and someone will call me within 15 minutes. But no email, no one call. I called again, talked to Allison, requested to talk to the manager, but she didn't transfer me to, and she said she didn't see any appointment scheduled to deliver and install my Microwave. I stated that I want to cancel, she told me, she can not cancel my items. Please help! I don't know what wrong with totaltech and bestbuy, I purchased, but they couldn't deliver and couldn't help me to cancel, they just can take my money from the bank, and I just lost money, wasted time, and couldn't receive item or even talk to the manager to file a complaint. I need help. THIS IS VERY TERRIBLE AND AWFUL SERVICE!

    Terrible service; wasted 3 hours for nothing!

    Total tech is misleading, time consuming and inefficient. I paid for 24/7/365 geek squad support. I purchased today, waited an hour, was finally transferred to a tech person to address my issue. After working with her for over an hour, while she was remotely logged into my pc, she started fixing the issue and then abruptly stopped. She closed the chat, left my issue completely unsolved and I have already wasted over 2.5 hours on this. After being disconnected I attempted to get on tech support's live chat to be reconnected with someone who can finish what has already been started. Instead I was told that I would be waiting at least 70 minutes to wait for the next tier of customer service rep who would run a diagnostic and then send me to a higher tier if they couldn't fix it. This was just done an hour ago - it won't work. I should not have to repeat these LONG steps to finally get connected to someone who can help and then be abandoned by they very person who I waiting patiently for to fix my issue. Tech support claims there is no way to escalate this issue to a supervisor and my only option is to get in the queue again and go through the entire process again. This service is terrible, and does not deliver on what it promised.

    I was a bit sceptical about this at first. But, so far, it's worked out really well. I love that you get 24 months of protection with purchases and even AppleCare when you buy an Apple product.

    We have already saved the amount we are paying this year for TotalTech. If you have large purchases that you will be making or require Apple Care/warranties, it makes sense.
