The extra value of coverage of items bought later was one of the reasons I purchased the plan. And the added value of no charge for installing screen protector on my new phone paid off immediately.

Why wouldnt you buy the membership. Bought a gaming laptop and wanted more storage so i bought more with a tech discount and they installed it before I left the store.

This has been a really helpful service to me. I like a lot of the small perks. And we have household members who are really rough on things, so we need this protection.

The associate that helped me with this purchase did not explain the extended service contract very well and was constantly distracted by her associates during my transaction. I thought it was going to be like an extended warrantee that is purchased one time. I did not realize at the time that this was a plan with an annual renewal.

This is a nice product if you are one to get warranties like Apple Care. Most of the negative reviews are due to people being impatient for activation to get limited items but the value is more than that.

Totaltech membership Is worth every cent. I had to call on Geek Squad did they did exactly what they said they would. My computer is running smooth now, thanks!! Very professional in store experience.

terrible. they came in for appliance installation, caused damage. refused to cover it. had to hire plumbers to fix their damage and fix what they were supposed to install.

This membership is a real value. The Geek squad is paid for about one purchase and we know the cost of shipping/delivery/installation and disposal can be in the $$$$.

The representative at the Concord Mills location whom assisted me with this purchase was great! I havent had very good experiences with Best Buy in the last couple of years but he definitely made it better!

So many benefits, this was a no brainer. Love it. I even received unexpected benefits like free install of cell phone screen protectors I bought.

I have call them one time so far but they have been very helpful in that one call. It is nice to know that if I come across a problem and I don't know what to do I can call them for support.
