This membership is a great addition if you buy most of your electronics from Best Buy. I like that it includes the Apple Care automatically yo protect your Apple devices.

I’ve actually had to call quite a few times and I’ve never had a good experience. Their call center staff is overseas and it’s always so hard to explain issues with my products. They warrant is crap as they lie to you, so they don’t have to service it. Not worth the money honestly

Unlimited geek squad support is a wonderful value and great peace of mind! If I have a problem all I need to do is call the geek squad and they should be able to take care of it for me!

I bought this to get my laptop repaired. Turns out is saved me over $300+ in installation costs when I purchaged my new Ring security system. So the Totaltech paid for itself in that one situation.

Great deal. I bought 5 iPhones for my family. Totaltech included Apple Care. So paying $199 for Apple care on 5 phones is almost like getting one of the phones for free.

Totally worth it Not only did they mount my TV into a fireplace wall but they came back and fixed my house stereo system by adding adapter cord thus enabling my son to play his music threw his phone

You DO NOT get the geek squad. You get someone from another state that answers the phone and then transfers you to another phone person to maybe answer your question. This program is a complete rip off.
