After the initial inconvenience of having to get all five cameras uninstalled, returned, replaced and reinstalled due to a problem with one of the cameras, there have not been any issues.

Terrible Service and still can't connect with department regarding my computer download. Will never purchase anything at Best Buy and especially their totaltech service which is worthless.

Had apointment got there early sat down young man started helping said he tranfort my info from little ipad to my 12.9 new one just bought there so he would tell me to do this get up go to people in line come back tell me now push this left again repeated this 7 times witth out sitting down with me My husband was stand there with me . Couldn't beleive how I was treat when we just spent so much money in store . So have another apointment because I called and told them what happened he never did move my stuff to new pad which i dont have much he just didnt want to help I had to use my cell phone he pluged it in told me to do this that and says don't know if cord can reach and left again i looked at my husband he said lets go. But we paid extra for the help. I would tell people to get this help but tell them to sit down and help not leave you alone waiting while they helped other who didnt have apointment first .

When I purchased my TV for my new home, I got the Total Tech package with it. A service team came out in days and set my new TV up. Fast service and excellent quality.

Pointless. I prefer the per item warranty than having to pay 200 a year. This doesn’t make sense. They sell it saying it’s good for people who buy multiple appliances. I guess. But a 5 year warranty on my washer and dryer is $200ish, vs the $1000 this would cost over 5 years.

Was hesitant at the jump as the price tag is a little high. Not only have I been able to take advantage of access to consoles, but have found some solid items on sale exclusive to members.
