C couldn’t live without their help from the Geek Squad

Had some serious happenings in my PC and I brought it in to get diagnosed/repaired and this saved me a considerable amount of what it would have been. Plus on top of saving, most devices can be brought in and problem solved for little to no out of pocket~ Would definitely suggest this

Upon deciding to purchase new appliances, I shopped around. I not only did an online search, I also went store-tp store. Big name stores and some discount outlets as well. The one constant I have found is that each of them charge a substantially large fee for delivery. I was so unknowing about these outrageous charges and wondered why some delivery fees were almost as much as some of the products. I just found it ridiculous to even entertain paying so much for delivery. I really did not have any options though. The I remembered BB Totaltech. Problem solved. Pay one fee and everything is automatic with anything you purchase. Totaltech is a service with the customer in mind. No more running around when it is all right there for a very small price.

The membership helped take care of a major issue that Lenovo chose to ignore on a four month old laptop. Then received certificates for joining, which took care of a needed purchase.

This membership has tons of benefits, specially for someone like me that is always taking care of my family devices such as laptops and more, also it’s very useful for me since I’m currently studying my master’s degree program and sometimes I get issues with some softwares that really pushes up my laptop capacities, so then I need to bring my laptop for a checkup and it’s wonderful not to have to pay each time I have to.

I have had to use it for my computer replacement but for sure called and received tech support over the phone with great customer service one on one. The membership also covers other home electronics and that was a plus which I did use and they sent someone check out my printer and gave great troubleshooting. Awesome!

ALready had the geek squad install a disk drive and an m.2 drive into a ps5 pro. Very fast, very helpful.

The Geek Squad assistance alone makes this worth every penny. If you value your electronics and/or your wallet, you should get this membership. Ive saved twice the value of the membership on special deals and savings alone. Plus having Geek Squad support for any purchase makes this a no-brainer.

I used to be an employee for Best Buy in 2019 and I use make sure to renew TTS. It’s a huge bang for buck if you love technology; from the automatic protection on your items for free. Also Geek squad services are reduced. I’ve brought in my pc a few times and instead of paying $100 it’s free for them to diagnose the issue. You get discounts on everything from mounting a TV to FREE item protection, to PC issues. I mean if you love technology and also shop at Best Buy a few times a year this SHOULD be bought. It’s like having common sense.

The membership greatly extends return dates and worth the money for the support.
