This membership is definitely worth the cost. So many items are covered and I have never had anything but good experiences with the Geek Squad. Highly recommend!!!

The Geek Squad was very helpful and patient with answering all my questions. when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I did not have to wait and was helped immediately. Very good service.

Great tech support option for computer analysis and also sanity checks when building your own systems and making sure you’re doing things right or that the weird behavior of components is reproducible

This membership has saved me money. It also gave me access to a team who provided a much better installation date than I would have gotten if I did not have it nor called in to receive it.

The tech member I had was very helpful and knew a lot about my product plus she was cuteand came to my house after her shift to show me how to watch videos on my laptop

The techs at Best Buy’s Geek Squad Center were lifesavers. They set my sister and I computers up and then spent time showing us what they did and how to operate everything.

Purchased a new dishwasher and decided to get TotalTech membership, which includes (and was cheaper than paying separately) for installation and haul away of my old dishwasher.

We subscribe to TotalTech and it has been amazing. We have used them for computer repair, delivery and set up of a refrigerator and TV all free services with TotalTech.

Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for a remote start install and a dishwasher install, I paid $0 with the Totaltech membership. If you're getting anything installed, it really pays for itself!

I'm so glad that I purchased this service. I've used it for delivery and set-up for two TVs and for helping fix issues with my printer. It was well worth buying.

Had to get computer cleaned of viruses. They were great and found Laptop battery was bad, didn't even know that. They replaced it and everything is great, Thanks

Super happy I decided to get the membership free delivery and installation and I get rewards points and first deals. I have no had any issues with installation and delivery dates have been on point

I am so happy that opted for this. Bought a lapton and had an issue. I made an appointment, was seen at the scheduled time and had the issue resolved in minutes. Well worth the price.

Just got the membership, only offered just this year, have not had a chance to use it yet.

No complaints so far, adds protection to multiple items. I guess it's good i haven't needed to use the service but it's nice having the peace of mind that my items are covered for up to 24 months.
