Sold it to me initially which included free installation and then rescinded it and then I lost the other benefits on all prepurchased items when I declined to renew. Have spent hours trying to fix with no calls back or help.

Every single time I have either been disconnected for no reason or hung up on with no solutions to any of my issues. Don't get this, just buy the geek squad protection. Save yourself the headache

However if the company is not able to get the product that you order it does not matter how great the tech department is. Waited 3 months to be told that the appliance that I ordered was not actually going to be here on time or ever!!
