This has been a great investment and has literally paid for itself with my first installation. I will definitely keep my membership going as long as I'm shopping with BestBuy.

We buy a lot of electronic and kitchen appliances from.bestbuy so the totaltech insurance was a no bainer.

Total tech is worth it. If you don't get it you're wasting money. It's better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it. You'd probably spend more in fast food in a week. Buy it now!

They were in and out in flash! Installed 70 inch television and answered any and all questions.

I purchased the tech membership when I purchased a dishwasher for the free installation and haul away feature. When the dishwasher was delivered I’m told that company does delivery only and the Geek squad does the installation and haul away. When I called Best Buy I’m told the installation was not scheduled therefore I have to wait another 4 days before it could be scheduled. This was extremely disappointing to me because I had no indication this would be the case. In fact I received a call regarding the delivery we’re I was instructed to make sure the old dishwasher was disconnected. I expressed I wasn’t sure I could do that and she said they could do it for an additional fee. I decided I could figure out how to do the disconnect which I did. So with all of that knowledge how could they not be prepared for installation. Needless to say I am highly upset and disappointed with Bestbuy right now. What’s worse is they’ve scheduled a haul away appointment with a 12 hour window and an installation appointment with a different 12 hour window. Go figure.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Greek Squad Support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

This membership seems like it has a lot of value and benefits. Haven’t used this plan yet so we will see.

This is my first time joining the membership and this is perfect for customer that always buy electronics in bestbuy for installation and warranty or any kind of issue of your electronic purchases.

This is a great membership to have. I have already saved so much on products, delivery and installations. It is definitely worth the price!

I got this t help with a new tv. They came out and installed it and took me thru the steps on how to work it. They did a great job and I am very happy with the srevice

The membership has real value, if you plan to purchase anything that requires assistance. It's much less expensive than hiring installers and agents are very knowledgeable

I enjoy the priority in events to puchase, it comes in handy for commodity items.

Useless. They talk you into it for the first year while the product is still under warranty. They the tell you they can't do anything cause it's still under manufacture warranty. What a waste of money

I always get the help I need .I have Had a membership for many years and I’ve always turned them when I needed help with one of my electronic items. It’s money well spent.

As An employee I don’t find it useful, also I don’t like that doesn’t give anyone an option to add extended warranties to products besides the 24 months! I prefer to buy 2/5 year warranties on things

online it said it would cover the cost of install of wall mounts and when I called to make the appointments they was charging me for it and I explained that i had total tech and they said it don't cover that so i got my refund for that i don't like it and don't recommended it...
