have been a member of the Geek Squad and now total tech for several years. well worth the money. like that I can have them do the checking of the computer while I am at home. Have an older HP laptop that they keep working in great condition fo rme.

I saved alot of money with the membership on just buying a dishwasher, got free delivery and disposal of old one. They sent out a plumber and electrician to install new one for under $200

This TotalTech membership is a great value. Pays for itself in one call. One in-house call or an in-store consult recovers the price. Both of our support techs have been outstanding. they were knowlegeble and answered u questions and fixed our problems in a minimum time. Highly recommend them!

I think the membership is a great value so far. The only problem I've had is the wait times tend to be a little long but once connected, they will get someone to help you very quickly. It's nice when you have a tech issue that comes up outside your experience.

Has totally paid for itself a few times. The people handling support and scheduling are great. Very worth the cost if you purchase a lot of stuff through Best Buy, which we do, because they've earned our loyalty.

Best Buy Total Tech and protection are worth every dollar!

Total tech is especially important for us older boomer clients. Have had Geek Squad to home several times to install new devices and to configure all my older audio equipment to work together. Very impressed with the Squad employees. Installation of new dishwasher was well worth the total tech membership

I love the Geek Squad They are GREAT If I have the slightest problem they are there to help. They are kind And helpful with what any question I have . Always pleasant in what they do for me I cannot praise them enough I just Thankyou you are the best

I have never used Best Buy’s total tech program, but I was very impressed. The team was very knowledgeable, very informative, they suggested the service, but didn’t push it. But then, when I looked at what I was getting for the value, the service outweighs the cost. And they did a superior job and updating my dell computer.

The Total tech team did awesome mounting my TV, no issues at all, very secure and stable, will definitely recommend to anyone that can't do on their own, especially that mall wall was partially concrete, and needed special drill bits I don't have or know how to do. Thanks so much

im not the person to buy warrantys on anything, but you are getting the best bang for your buck, this protects all of your tech including tvs and phones tablets computers, etc if you are thinkin about it just stop and get it.... buy all tech for your fam and live in comfort knowing that you are protected!

I did my homework on this Samsung 55" Oled TV. Consumer reports rated it #1 Oled gets a much better picture than Qled. Lasts longer. And is very pleasing to the eye. I highly recomend the sound bar. Very happy if your looking for a great TV at a great price run to Best Buy and get this best TV out there.

For the price, the savings are phenomenal if you are completing any larger upgrades within your home or office. The installation teams are professional, service is easy and the TotalTech item discounts save money every time over purchasing somewhere else.

Total tech is totally worth it if you have multiple purchases. I had multiple TVs mounted that would have hit my wallet, but total tech provided service at a great price. I also got warranty and special offers on all Best Buy purchases.

As Described couldn't ask for anymore. Great Washing Machine and Dryer. Only negative is wish stand had storage like previous set we had, but other than that nothing wrong. Haven't had to use TotalTech yet

This membership was very handy when I moved into my house. Saved a lot of money on installs of tv mounts and product warranty’s. Not sure how useful it would be if you’re only buying one or two items, but definitely worth it if you’re buying multiply electronics and appliances.
