If you shop for electronics, why not Best Buy? This membership makes it a one stop shop! Already saved $300 on my initial purchase and will have piece of mind for the lifetime of my membership.

I have been buying $1,000’s of products for decades. I paid for tech service. I made call for a simple issue the text person had zero clue. Their answer was “I just started here and do not know how to help”! I dropped the membership..sad

This is an excellent program. It’s good to know you have someone available when you need help. The Geeks are not really Geeks. They are talented & personable.

A little pricey, but you do get some great services as a bonus

Not the quality expected. Miss the Maytag Bravos!! This 5.3 commercial grade washer is loud, has trouble balancing the clothes, the drawer for soap and softener is cheaply made and the hinges for the lid are very low quality. The matching dryer is ok, but still prefer my Bravos which apparently is discontinued.

This is the best option Bestbuy started and I would highly recommend it because it will protect all your equipment and also, you getting the special price.

I think this membership will be very valuable! The Geek Squad seems to be able to help with just about anything and will even come to my home to troubleshoot with my printer!

We bought the membership last fall and had no idea we'd be moving in 6 months. We were delighted with the savings in Geek Squad installation of 2 new TVs (almost $500).

Took great care to explain all the details of the project and get us up and running. The system keeps us informed of anyone coming and going from our property.

My rating is on the install performed by the Geek Squad. they destroyed my walls, damaged my ceiling and left my house extremely dirty They did so much damage to the wall that the TV was falling off the wall. I had to replace the wall, fix the ceiling and repaint everything. I was very calm during this process and went through best buys claims process with Sedgwick . After over a month of waiting for an answer / reimbursement. they replied by saying they could offer me $100 as a courtesy. - I have never given less than a 5-star review, I have never written a bad review or publicly complained about a business in my life. but after many attempts to try and speak with someone higher up and being ignored I felt I should share. This is not an attack on any person that works for Best buy or Segwick it is a complaint on their process and how they handle people. I still would like someone to resolve this.

This membership is worth it because the tech staff are helpful and I do need assistance with my new laptop and other items I purchased. It's a good value and definitely would recommend this.

Soo irritated with myself for now signing up with this sooner considering how much money I lost by not just doing it the first time and how much money I’ve saved I’ve done it.

Totaltech membership is a great value. I have just purchased the membership and will see how it will work out for me. So far, I have saved on multiple toners which was a great deal.

This total tech plan has no use, it doesn’t cover anything Best Buy is ripping people off with this. I will be canceling my membership and credit card. Please do not spend you money with this company especially the D’IBervile, MS location management is horrible starting with the General Manager Jeremy!

We’ve been having technical problems since buying the audio system for our truck. Best Buy in Lafayette, LA has been very accommodating and helpful every step of the way.

Definitely worth have never have to worry about buy a warranty each time you make a purchase

I appreciate getting the exclusive offers with this membership. I feel like Best Buy really cares about their customers. This is very uncommon in my opinion. One of my favorite retailers.
