Totaltech is definitely worth it if you purchase multiple items that need a warranty and/or installation.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus the unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on all my purchases!

The Total Tech plan is completely worth it if you do your appliance shopping from Best Buy. 24 month protection for everything you purchase with this plan. Plus they install it too if you need.

I have called for assistance multiple times and each time I am transferred to India (I know because I asked them where they are located). It is frustrating because they know enough English to answer the call and basic information, they also are able to wish that you have a good day. However, when it comes to actually answering your questions they are not able to do that. They just continue with whatever canned script they are taught. I am extremely frustrated when the call ends often without my problem being solved. To be honest I usually have to call the sales guy that came out to do sell me my home theater system to get things taken care of. Why are you outsourcing this service???????

I have been using Totaltech for several years now and I use it to keep my computer up to date. I recommend them because they have helped me keep my computer clean of unwanted junk

Not very inclusive. Only covers products purchased together or after. takes 3 weeks to get service plus time to wait for parts. I would rather pay someone else for repairs to get service right away

Great price if you purchase a lot from Bestbuy. Being able to get 2 years from products is amazing especially with today's technology. Easy 5 stars and benefits add up quickly.

If your planning. In having things mounted and installed this is a great program. Very happy I purchased it. My sonance ceiling speakers were installed and I can’t be more happy

It’s a blessing because my dogs have tendencies and those tendencies are breaking stuff by important electronics so it’s definitely worth having because you guys help maintain them

Since I am technologically limited, it is wonderful to have this policy. When I need an installation or have a problem, the geeks are there to help me. What a relief!

So far so good I did have to use it for my son‘s PC and that was good but so far that’s all I’ve used it for so hopefully anything else will be a great experience as well

Expensive - I was incredibly irritated to find my elite plus membership was gone. Would have been nice if BestBuy offered a discount -if not a waived fee- for the first year of membership for elite plus members. Lack of loyalty left a bitter taste.

You NEED this if you plan on buying electronics from Best Buy.. I have a piece of mind knowing that all of my devices will be taken care of if anything happens to any..

The Total Tech Rep came to my house and helped me get my new laptops set up. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. I never felt rushed.

its not a value if they sell you a second one when you already have 1. You dont realize it for a year until you are being charged for 2. Somehow - both dont show up on your online account - huh?? I got a whopping $3.29 refund. What a scam.

Best Buy has now lost my business forever. The works customer service I have every had, transferred 5 time and over an hour and a half to get an issue resolved. I am canceling my membership and never doing business with them again. They don't care about their customers.

I had a 3 channel dash camera installed in my truck. Bestbuy tech did a great job and a fast job. I can not remember the tech's name, but he was helpful and knowledgeable.

The membership is a must if you plan on having several electronics. Not just laptops but also gaming consoles, TVs, etc. Not just good for the warranty but also for special pricing on items.

Not really worth it unless you drop a few thousand dollars at the time of getting the membership for the apple warranty really. Doesn’t cover anything you already own and purchased from Best Buy.
