If my math is correctly if i paid for a service for 24 months i should get a full 24 months not 12 months and be renewed or forced cancelation.

Called twice for repairs on 2 different appliances. The firs one, I was told to bring the fridge in... not a chance. the second request, stove. They sent someone with not experience at all to handle request. another app. needed

On top of the $200. membership, there in an additional fee each time to return for a repair. In my case it would be $99.00 each time I need a repair. I'm limited to two repairs a year. I decided that this wasn't a good investment for me. In addition the extended warranty runs concurrent with the manufactures warranty.

Needs more incentive to expect people to renew

Call tech support experts long wait time they don't have answers and hung up on me twice. Also you get"special" prices as a total tech member but these prices are everyday prices from Walmart. So just not for me
