Used it for my new Desh Top computer. Had Geek Squad come to my house to transfer all data from old desktop to the new one. the geek squad was on time and was able to update my computer.

Saw it on Yahoo finance and instantly decided this was a great program to enroll in. I’ve saved money with the instant geek squad Protection. I have no regrets and will enroll next year.

Seems to only be good value if you're purchasing Apple products. Otherwise I see little to no reason to purchase this subscription.

The value you get for this is incredible. The protection plans alone make this plan worth every penny and special pricing and free shipping. Total Tech is a techie's best friend.

This membership is a real value if you are ever able to get an appointment .

Totaltech membership really paid off when they completely set up my new laptop for me even transferring the information off of my old laptop onto my new one.

The entry price is high, but the service provided is worth the cost. I have used the service several times in the first 2 months and have already saved the purchase price.

My membership was cancelled unbeknownst to me. I spent hours on the phone and transferred 5 times only to get told the back of the house team was going to send me an email. Now my product is unusable, and uncovered. So much for that 2 bills waisted.

I don’t usually purchase “service plans” but this was a no brainer. You receive AppleCare plus Geek Squad support AND become a Total Tech Member, receiving discounts on purchases!

Buy the totaltech if you purchase anything of value. The great part of it is that Best Buy will install and/or mount whatever. That is worth $200 right there. It is worth every penny!

Love the new Samsung 50” Frame TV, and the Geek delivery guys got all installed quickly and efficiently—including hooking up the old TV where i wanted it.

Felt like I was having company! Very knowledgeable, wanting to make things work at their best. This investment is worth the peace of mind and excellent service.

When you weigh what your technological needs will be, it will likely turn out that the TotalTech plan is more valuable than paying for services ala carte.

Overall good service and they keep us posted. These guys know their product well.
