Total Tech is a real time deal. Used it to transfer internal information, tech came to our home on our schedule and did the transfer and explained the operating system.

THE SALES REP COMPLETELY LIED TO MY FACE TELLING ME ABOUT THE TOTAL TECH BENEFITS AND PUSHED ME TO BUY IT AND WAS A TOTAL JOKE AFTER NON OF THE REPS COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY DELIVERY. NUMBER ONE, THE SALES REP LIED IN MY FACE SAYING THAT EVERYTHING I WAS BUYING WAS IN STOCK. HE TOLD ME TO BUY IT RIGHT THERE AND THEN, AND THAT I HAD TO BUY TOTAL TECH IN ORDER TO GET THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND BEST DEAL, BECAUSE IT WAS A REALLY GOOD DEAL. TURNS OUT THAT I COME TO FIND OUT A DAY LATER THAT NON OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED WILL BE AVAILABLE TILL DECEMBER 1ST . NUMBER TWO, THEY TOLD ME THAT MY MERCHANDISE WOULD BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY AROUND 7AM AND 1:00 PM. I TOOK THE WHOLE DAY OFF WORK TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS, I COULD HAVE GONE TO WORK AND MAKE MONEY, INSTEAD I LOST MONEY AND TIME. I WAITED AND WAITED, CALLED 4 TIMES TO SEE IF THEY HAD AN UPDATE FOR ME AND NOT A SINGLE WORD. THEY SENT ME FAKE MESSAGES ABOUT A DELIVERY GUY NAMED OSCAR WOULD DROP OFF MY ITEMS SHORTLY, WAITED AROUND AND HAD THREE EMAILS SAYING THEY HAD PUSHED OUT THE TIME FOR A LATER TIME. THEY HAD ME WAITING ALL DAY TILL FINALLY AT 7 O CLOCK THEY SAID THAT MY DELIVERY HAD BEEN CANCELED!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH BEST BUY RIGHT NOW, AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS POOR POOR EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY!!
