This is one membership which pays for itself over and over again. You get 24 months support and are worry free. Also, on top of that you get Geek Squad support and also better pricing on products. I have already taken a few laptops I purchased to Geek Squad and they fixed it for free. Best decision ever.

If you have expensive equipment like I do, this "Best Buy Total Membership" insurance is a no brainer! Things happen, and I am not a tech guy by any means. Best Buy set up my entire audio/video system. Sony TV, Bowers & Wilkins Speakers, Blue Ray, Marantz receiver, Marantz CD Player, Sonos, and Rega 8 turntable. I purchased a majority of the electronics from Best Buy as well. I have had the "Best Buy Total"package for two years now. I have save almost $300 already....no brainer...right? You also get superior and fast service because you are a member. Highly recommended!

For what’s it worth it’s worth so much. The added plan protection for all your products and services is amazing. Extended warranty and return is even better and apple care and other services offered make this purchase even better.

Overall this is a great membership to get if you buy a lot of tech from Best Buy. You can always get a year warranty on most if not all devices which can range from tvs, gaming consoles and apple products. I’ve saved hundreds on warranties with this membership alone - that includes my new Sony Bravia 8 tv, ps5 pro, iPad, and AirPods!

The membership is a great valve!! Ten of my electronics are eligible to be on my membership. Also like apple care is on the membership.

Overall the membership has been worth it for me as the extended apple care alone on different devices has surpassed the cost of membership. Most of the companies have switched to a membership for extra coverage and "exclusive discounts" so it makes sense that best buy followed as well. The discounts can vary but the extended protection is what keeps me in it.

At first glance, it may seem pricey. However, when you see that you get, as in my case, free haul-away, delivery, and installation of a new dishwasher, it pays for itself and covers all other items that I buy at Best Buy. It has made me a loyal customer. I have greater access to tech support and people to help me with questions. I even got a discount when I took a faulty external storage device (bought elsewhere) for data recovery, which can be pricey, and mine was. The Total Tech Membership discount softened the blow. I feel that I got a more personalized experience and greater access with the Membership.
