This is a wonderful membership!! If you are buying something expensive then I would definitely recommend to protect your purchases! Plus you can get member prices on some things!!

It's always great to get Tech Membership just in case it high have any other issues they are on the ball when it comes to getting things done right and they're very knowledgeable.

If you have the extra cash for peace of mind why not? But I feel like if you have a Sony or Samsung item for example that usually has better quality then you should be okay but if you have the extra why not? It's different for everyones situation. At the end of the day it's just money for best buy more often than not I think the product will last.

Useful, although what these people actually know, or have time to think through, varies a lot. More training needed. Staff are polite, if sometimes a little macho.

This is a deal if you buy multiple electronics and you want to keep them under warranty. Also it covers a lot of installs they do on computers or cars.

I have been told several times by total tech membership that my refrigerator install included new waterline setup and now I am being told that it is not scheduled for that and no one can seem to help me. Over the past month I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.

I bought all my appliances from Long Island City Best Buy, with Greek squad warranty. I need to exchanged one refrigerator, they canceled my Greek squad and transfer to total tech, which I need renew every year. They lied, I can't even buy Greek squad 5 years protection plan, so frustrated
