I've been a member for years. I need Geek Squad!!!

Makes it easy to bring electronics in to get Geek Squad service, either by appointment or walk in. The one time I had a tech (contractor) come to the house, I was disappointed with the service.

This was such a smart buy for my family and I!!! We have a tendency to damage our devices or somtomes we just get confused about whats going on with our devices. I purchased the membership because I had bought a MacBook and the membership offered apple care for a slightly better deal. I didn’t think I would have used it or saved as much as I have with it. I have since purchased a washer/dryer set, refrigerator, air pods, home security system, and more. I have saved over $1000 on the warranty alone. I 100% recommend this membership for everyone in the market of improving their home.

It's hard these days to get reliable service; especially if you're in the country. Best Buy Total Tech ALWAYS answers calls quickly, show up when they say they will, and make sure that, if your warranty is still good it gets applied. I thought mine has run out and was VERY surprised and pleased when I was charged zero dollars for a repair. Yes, this is insurance and, yes, you might never use it but, my, oh, my, it's a wonderful thing to have when something breaks!

This is definitely a must have insurance to have for all your purchases, this insurance is exactly why i buy all my electronics from bestbuy to have a piece of mind that all my purchases are insured. Definitely recommend everyone to become a my best buy total member its worth it and the savings are incredible!!
