I am loving the Best Buy total, was able to use it to have a pc built and ready for me while out of town and of course all the protection plans that come with the membership.

A very helpful membership for those who Have electronics

Somehow my Geek Squad membership was cancelled after one month, I did not cancel it Perhaps a scam? However because of that I am renewing it now adding Webroot which is a better Virus checking program in my opinion The GEEK SQUAD IS THE BEST!

This membership is amazing! It's the same price as the other warrantied. But with the total tech membership, you get Apple one included, and not only that but your covered if something happens to your device physically and internally. Example, if you weren't a member and something happened to your device such as water spill, sound, etc.. That's not covered. But because you're a member you're not only limited to physical coverage but internal coverage as well. Not only that, but you get discounts on your favorite products, and much more! I won't spoil the details, you'd have to become a member to see all the great benefits for yourself! It's a great deal!! Then you get over 30 days to return your device if you don't like it!

I saw that when you're a Total Member, your purchases would automatically include extended warranties. This is every beneficial for me so that all my purchases have extended warranties. Plus, I recently visited Geek Squad as I have an issue with an old laptop. I also asked them for help installing additional SSD and memory on a new laptop I bought. The great thing is, I didn't have to pay anything.

Staff has been always helpful and knowledgeable of solving issues.

At first I was kind of skeptical about the change over to My Best Buy Total. But once I decided to purchase it and made my first purchase under it, right away I started to see the value of having it.I do admit that the price is a little steep, so I would really think about it before purchasing it if you don't buy or have a lot of electronics items. It's always great to know that you have reinsurances when you make a purchase that if something goes wrong you have a team to work with you on getting it fixed or replaced for the lowest possible price if not free.
