Not only are the bonus offers and sales as well as special pricing awesome but the tech sorry if clutch for many years.

Membership that is actually worth it.

You will save money if you have to return something like a camera or a drone cuz they have a 25% restocking fee that it waves when you return it. Paid for itself on a drone I had to return.

Great membership for those who purchase a lot

Great help getting started

Next-day response time from a late afternoon purchase was terrific. Technicians were professional, personable, and thorough. Haven't needed follow-up help, yet.

Totaltech membership is worth it

I purchased an appliance and having the additional two year warranty, free haul away, free install, and additional membership perks might come in handy for future purchases. I believe this was a great value.

All of my appliances, cell phone holders for car, television & wall mount, an awesome digital display clock with Alexa features, etc. have been purchased at Best Buy. Without Total Tech, I wouldn’t have the peace of mind I do. Their support is unbeatable!

Great Product

Only negative is wish stand had storage like previous set we had, but other than that nothing wrong. Haven't had to use TotalTech yet

Can't get anyone to fix my membership

I am getting the run around and can't talk to anyone who can help. I signed up for total tech on 1/11/2022. On 1/10/2023, I got a phishing email that looked like it was from Best Buy that said my membership was renewing that same day for $349. I thought the price had been changed to from $199 to $349. So I logged into my account and hit cancel. I then realized it was a fake email and the sender was from a gmail account. So I immediately called and asked for it to not be cancelled and said I wanted it to renewed as originally scheduled on 1/11/2023 which was the next day. I called within 5 minutes of me canceling. Also, it was one day before the end of the term so it shoud have still been active anyway. I was told that it would be fixed so it would renew and all of my prior coverage would continue. I then got an email the next day sayign tit was cancelled and all of my coveraged products were dropped. So I called back on 1/11 as soon as I saw the email. I was told it was being expedited would take 24-48 hours and it would be fixed. It didn't get fixed so I called back on 1/14/2023. I was told it again would be expedited and it would take 24-48 hours. It still didn't get fixed so I call back on 1/17/2023. I was once again told it was being expedited. I was also told that this time I would get a call back the same day from someone who can fix it. No one ever called me back as promised. So I called back again on 1/18/2023. This time I was told it was being expedited again. However, this time I was told it would take 5-7 days. I was also told that it needed approval and it may not get fixed. I realize it was my mistake for being tricked by a phishing email that looked very legitimate. However, common sense should prevail here. I realized my mistake and called within 5 minutes of making the mistake. Also, the term had not even ended yet so undoing the pending cancellation should have been doable. I had 2 macbook Apple Care + plus quite a few other products on it. I’m very disappointed that I’ve been getting the run around and nobody has been able to help with with this. I have some more products I am needing to purchase. However, I’ve been holding off on the purchases and waiting for this to get fixed because I want the new purchases to be covered but I don’t want to sign up for a new plan because I’ll lose my prior coverages. Whether I make my new purchases at Best Buy is now depending on whether someone actually fixes my total tech account. If my account doesn’t get fixed, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Totally Worth It

Having Techs come to my house to fix my computer when I am disabled and hard to get out let alone dragging heavy electronics to the store has been a godsend. I must admit the free house calls are why I wanted this protection plan to begin with. Totally worth it.

It was worth it. They would help me deliver my orders from best buy answer all my questions I needed. As well provided me with the right help and information!

Great Value!

We purchased 2 new MacBook Pro's to replace 2 Windows computers and we needed to have our information transferred over. The cost of the membership was very close to what it would have been for the transfer. Made sense and now we have 1 years worth of service and coverage.

Money saver on a home theater install

Having the protection on all your Best Buy purchases during a membership can save you hundreds of dollars if one of them should stop working. It did for me.

I believe they have an amazing warranty and thier staff are always ready to help customers who are having trouble with an electronic device or cant find the right item they need in the store for say there entertainment center.

This is a complete SCAM

I did not want this membership. The day I paid for this membership I only wanted to get a warranty on the vacuum I was purchasing but the two separate Best Buy members told me that if I did not want the membership after a year I could cancel it and I would still have a two-year warranty from the day I purchased the vacuum. Once the year was up I canceled because I barely bought anything else. I recently tried to return a broken mouse I purchased within the first year which I was told would still be under warranty. When I tried to exchange the broken mouse they told me the warranty expired the day I didn't repurchase the membership. This plan is a scam. If I hadn't bought anything else that year I would have paid $400 to ensure I had a warranty on the vacuum for two years, when I would have originally paid $40 for the two-year warranty. If you buy one thing you are paying around $400 to have insurance for two years, even if the item costs $20. Now I have no warranties on anything I bought in that time. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again. 0 stars

Has saved me so much time and headache, because I can just get the Appliance as needed and have it installed. Completely worth the cost for me!
