Love how this has wide coverage as our older home appliances are starting to breakdown so buying and getting install and haul away covered is great

I haven’t had to use the Totaltech service.But I figured it’s better to have it and not needed than to not have and need it. Plus I got 25$ gift card when I signed up!

Totally worth it. Should have purchased this years ago. I had problems setting up my surround sound and the tech was professional and extremely knowledgable!

So I’ve had two different experiences, first interaction with TV install was fantastic as everything was completely set up.Install team did a great job efficiently and on time. The second interaction with gym equipment delivered was not ideal as there was no effort to install the product. All technology products were explained and done well.

I have had a horrible customer service experience with my new totaltech membership. Just wanted a dishwasher installed and old one removed. 10 phones calls, 3 reschedules for their mistakes and all they want to give me is a $30 gift card. I DO NOT recommend this.

This is okay if you have a very expensive item. Sometimes, depending on the price of your item and protection plan, it might be cheaper to just buy another item.

This membership has been a real value. The Tech that came to the house was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer questions. This also applies to the Techs in store.

my dealings with the Tech support crew were outstanding. They answered all my questions and received my laptop and storage device back in an acceptable time frame.

Disappointed I used the "free" membership one time the technician could not help me. When I returned the Computer I only received 47 dollars of the 199.00 somewhere there was a charge for services not rendered. I only used the call center one time and my issue was not resolved very upset.

It’s a good value membership. You get exclusive access for certain drops like ps5’s, Xbox’s and GPU’s which is less competition so you have a better chance of getting the products.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

I have enjoyed thoroughly the benefits of this membership. Free TV installation, product discounts, and protection plans included with pretty much every purchase. Worth it!

Thanks to total tech membership I was able to get gaming consoles with ease and extra protection for my electronics in case anything happens. It was well worth the money I spent.

Honestly, I'm not sure what this gets me. I am already a My Best Buy member, and I am very tech handy. I build my own PCs and work in the video game development industry. I bought this for one single reason... I'm hoping that it gets me priority access to a RTX 3080 video card.

Purchased this Totaltech member when I had to replace my laptop. It wasn't cheap but has coverage for all my recent Bestbuy electronics purchases.

Geek squad transferred data and programs from old machine. They helped set up the new one and showed me how to use it. Tech even carried unit to my car.

Totaltech now includes both geek squad and coverage for all my purchases. This is one of the best coverage plans that best buy offers. A wonderful return on investment.

This membership is truly a great value. I’m able to bring anything back that I purchased out the store even if it’s apple. It also comes with a discount when purchasing devices.
