The membership is worth it ! A person may not need the services at one time, but after a new purchase or product update, you may find you need MANY things ! You may need data transfer, geek squad, or more.

great value - i appreciate being able to talk with a Geek Squad associate any time for any issues.

I had to get this so that they could fix my laptop. The membership is actually really good they give you a lot of stuff including an NFl Sunday Ticket Discount. Only reason I did not rank it higher is because I did not like that I was forced to get it and the discount is less than the student discount I get.

L love being a member altho they raised the price. I can ask questions and they are usually answered, and I can make an appointment for an agent to come out and help me. esp. if it is an emergency.

This is one of the greatest membership of best buy. People should I apply because provide really good benefits when shopping amy devices.

It’s always great to have The Totaltech Plan because GeekSquad is good and for what they will charge you in other stores it will not even be that much with The Totaltech Membership and it will be fixed the right way by professionals

I requested a credit on the subscription that was renewed automatically. I still to this day have not received my refund for 179.99,. Best Buy had quality merchandise but the area that refunds you your money is poor! Thanks

Good value if you know you are buying items throughout the year. Don't get burned buying cheaper online tech items and having the hassle of dealing with defective items. Best Buy provides price matching and are competitive along with customer service in-store.

Great value, membership is a must-have for Best Buy customers. It covers everything as long as you have active membership. So you can have 50 big electronics purchases and they’ll be covered. Oh and if you buy something, and later on within a certain time limit it drops in price, they will reimburse the difference in credit.
