I have been a member of Best Buy Total for a couple of years. While it's not something I need on a regular basis, when I do it it's a great service to have. Although I haven't used all aspects of the program, the Geek Squad use has paid for the subscription.

Now, this a membership that offers value. It can be questionable while signing up for, given that it is yet "another" subscription but at the end of the day it provides you a lot of value and more. If you are on the fence, try it and I am sure just like me you will be convinced to keep it.

My wife and I went into a Best Buy store in Santa Clarita. There were so many incredible items and as much as we would love to have bought the store and everything in it we set up for and a home computer. The customer service was instant, personable, and professional. I could go on and on about how wonderful Best Buy store and deals have have impacted our lives and most impressive and positive way. This membership has saved me money and is well worth the price. We took a tablet in that had several viruses on it and they got rid of them all and we weren't charged anything. Love the peace of mind that the membership provides.
