I bought 2 apple watches pro and thought had a bargain with this program and can add each year my apple purchases but I had to cancel once I realize I have to keep on paying every year to keep my apple extended warranties. It was cheaper for me to buy from apple direct for each product

The membership is well worth the yearly price and is great value. Member pricing on hard to find items like the PS5 Console. Plus Geek Squad support is great.

This is a lot cheaper than buying a warranty for every new thing I get from Bestbuy. So if you are like me and get most or all of you electronics from Bestbuy. It a great choice.

Having this was a great deal. Was able to get my system to work with a Geek Squad home visit which was just what I needed. In store repair too was very good.

Already had to use it with a 3-month laptop purchase. Laptop was shipped out to be fixed and when it couldn't, I was given a brand-new laptop!

I bought geek squad membership, once they came out to connect my router, left without it being connected to my wifi. second time for my ring camera, they told me they would need to send a third party I would pay separately. Why did I buy this membership?

I purchased it back in may. Havent had any issues. In fact its nice have exclusive rights to certain products before anyone else. Its the only way i was able tonrecently get a PS5

The price of yearly membership ($179.99) is absolutely insane so I canceled my renewal. Customers on here questioning the membership value while rating 4 stars blows my mind.

Love the warranty and tech benefits it comes with. but to use this to get access to gpus and other stuff with the event listings is a scam. Literally even with this you hardly have access to the products. Elite member, total tech member. its impossible to get access to these things.

My total tech membership has paid for itself multiple times as they are always able to solve my problems with computers, etc. Very dependable.

This membership has been a real money saver for me. Just to put in my security camera system and microwave over the stove was a big, big money saving.

I could not access my Tech Support that I purchased with my my new phone because it was a Sunday and no one was available to help. Had to go to a third party and spent $80 to resolve getting my lost data..
