I love having this membership, they help when needed.

I have had this program for years. It has helped me get my laptops and desktops running great. I recommend a minimum of a yearly cleanup to ensure your computers are at peak operation.

Great value Geek squad help is a blessing and they are great. Had them for 5 years in the past and they more than paid for the price!!! Plus the extra benefits that come with it. Must check it out!!!

They cut off a few of the perks of membership… probably won’t renew

I bought the Total membership because I knew I was going to be using the Geek Squad. So far I have had great service from the people there. The only knock I can give is they have had my PC for a month and only worked on it a handful of days. I know I am not the only customer they have but at one point a Rep I was talking with said that my PC had been there the longest. That being said, the value you get for the Best Buy Total package is really good if you're someone who enjoys good deals and quality service. The 60 day return window is a huge plus!

This membership is great! We use this all of the time! Saves us lots of money!!!

Glad to have this Best Buy total membership. Hope to use it in the future again.

Rico did a great job explaining the features of the Dell laptop which I ultimately chose to purchase.

This membership really helped me save money when I was getting a pc built , it covered many labor costs and repairs on various electronics. The rewards were really nice too , seemed like every time I check my rewards dash board there was a certificate with money

Overall cleansing of computer, quick service provided restoration to use.

This is a great value. I will probably renew every year. I've used geek squad a couple of times so I've definitely gotten my money's worth.

This membership is a really great value. The price is reasonable for what all protection it offers me. I have unlimited Geek Squad support and they are great! I have tremendous peace of mind just because I have protection plans on all my purchases at Best Buy and I even received a full refund on something I had for 4 years and quit working which was amazing to me. I have full confidence that if something goes wrong with something I buy in the future, it is fully covered with the Best Buy Total plan.

Geek squad support and protection are great!! They are there to help solve an issue . They are patience and reassuring!

If you know you are in the market for a few of the following: tvs, laptops/computers, gaming systems, etc. this is worth it. Although, the price should be $120. $180 seems high for the lack of true deals.
