You charged me for total tech and when I tried to use it I was told I couldn’t because my dryer was still under manufacturers warranty. So why was I charged for something I couldn’t use. I have called repeatedly and they put me on hold then hang up.

A Word of Caution re Membership

They need to be more transparent about this. If you are not someone who checks their credit card bill carefully, you may not even notice that this renewed automatically.
