Geek squad support and protection are great!! They are there to help solve an issue . They are patience and reassuring!

If you know you are in the market for a few of the following: tvs, laptops/computers, gaming systems, etc. this is worth it. Although, the price should be $120. $180 seems high for the lack of true deals.

The best thing about this membership is the preferred customer status and extended warranties on purchased products. It is a little expensive for what it offers.

I often thought about the annual cost until something goes wrong with any one of my pcs, laptops, ipdas or iwatch. Very comforting to know I can just make an appointment and have Best Buy trouble shoot my problem, explain my user ignorance or what to try next.

If you shop every now, then, again you will most likely get your money back with all the different discounts and rebates you get with this membership. On top of that, it seems like everything I buy. Gets it to 2 year protection package for free. That's pretty cool though I can't speak to the quality of it.

I use to thinknit was a 5 star but they stopped the free installation which i had been spoiled to. U still get a free warranty for as long as the product allows and discounts on select items. They delivered and installed my washing machine and it has a great warranty which in itself basically paid for one year of this plan

If you go to best buy to get things fixed this membership is worth it

I’ve been a Best Buy total member for over two years and I absolutely love it. Very cost effective.

It is definitely worth it because you get the extra 60 days and you get the member pricing so you get it lower and then also if you find out within 60 days that it is prices gone down and you can come in and get a price adjustment!

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases! Don’t know how I could not have this with my son’s electronics.

We saved over 3,000 with the membership. Definitely recommend it
