I know the $200 seems like a lot but its totally worth it. Especially for people like me that's always buying new tech. So if you always upgrading tech this is perfect.

If you buy a lot of electronics, the cost of individual warranties would cost more than this all inclusive warranty. So for me it’s a no brained if you buy extended warranties.

This membership is not a value they mislead you and tell you your stuffs protected but if you cancel or don’t renew the total tech, then your stuff is no longer covered. Even though it says on your account that is covered, they will not honor it.

Do like the peace of mind if something happens to the device. The help service is very minimal, can't count on the tech service, especially the chat or call, it is below par. Between the salesperson at the store, chat & call, I got 3 different answers on multiple questions.

This membership is totally worth it! I thought it was only for computer repairs but it extends warranties on Best Buy purchases and offers free delivery.

Only used it once to help clean up my new laptop from any superfluous programs or spam. Rep was very personable, patient & helpful. So far so good.

My wife and I were lied to regarding what this serviced covered. Best Buy is starting to have terrible customer service, placed on hold and swapped 10 times to be asked the same questions. Sale with integrity.

I am enjoying the perks of the Total Tech membership. I purchase a lot of things through Best Buy. The free warranty you get and the member exclusive drops make it worth it.

I was worried this may or may not be a waste of money - but boy am I glad I got this! I was able to purchase appliances for free delivery and install - WORTH IT.

Purchased this and it honestly isnt worth the money. Inexperienced and rude technicians sent to my home. Job never finished. Best Buy cancelled all my warranties which has nothing to do with this.

This is a great deal!! I'm having them put together a brand new gaming PC and having peace of mind that if any goes wrong they will fix it is nice!!
