This this is like magic, I've had a lot of problem with my laptop, and I really feel lucky that I have had this one!

This is GREAT as the same annual price gets you civerage for ALL devices (I'm sure there are some exceptions in the fine print) that your purchase after/during the purchase of the Total Tech. I only has it refunded because the employee put my $1,600ish purchase on my work account, and I left that company, so that meant the THOUSANDS of dollars of tech, like my 75" TV, surround sound reciever, etc., that i purchased through my personal account couldnt be covered and the gentleman i apoke with said it couldnt be transferred to the correct email/account. However, I will ABSOLUTELY bepurchasing this again the next time I by tech.. probably once or twice in the next mo th. Haha.

This memberahip has its pros and cons. I was very hesitant to get membership again after being a very loyal customer for about (if not more) 20 years. I belueve that when you have elite membership that you should not have certificates expire. I had walked into a Best Buy store wanting to make a big purchasr when I was told that my certificates had expired (over $100 worth). That was so disappointing. I've taken a step back to think about this and it does disappoint this loyal customer. Wish this membership acknowledged this. I now feel forced to take this membership to protect my family's purchases.

Geek Squad has been one of my best purchases! They are patient, professional and quick! They know exactly what to do to help me! If I could give 6 stars, I would! .

I like having the security of a Best Buy Total Membership!

I had my PC rebuilt completely and having this memebership immediately paid for itself with the money I would have spent in labor costs. But all thay was waived for being a memeber!

Extremely useful when my laptop was not and I did not know what the issue was.

This total tech has lots of extras and protection, a great value for the money

Love this program i hope they keep it up. The 2 month price matching is a God send for extra savings down the line. Plus the protection plans for the added peace of mind bonus!

I swear by the totaltech membership. I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy because I know I’m fully covered. They have ALWAYS replaced any of my products that have been damaged. I love the fact that I can invest in something and have no worries that I have to jump through hoops if something unfortunate happens. I have 3 little ones so things happen sometimes and all I have to do is call them and they either fix or replace the item. They are also quick about taking care of it. Totaltech is a must for every household. Other benefits I have received are special discounts and same day or next day free delivery. Buy your products with the ease of mind that you are always covered!

Best Buy changed its Total Tech membership. Things that were included are now fee based. Still a benefit so I pay the annual fee which is required for benefits. Need more onsite services for computer and laptop repair. We pay a fairly high fee and cannot afford to be waiting for Geek Squad to ship items for estimates and then repairs. I do like services for installing TV's and such. Delivery services pretty decent but deal with subcontractors who quality of service varies.

Best membership, unlimited support from geek squad and multiple deals and discounts even rewards.
