Service is awful. Will never order appliances here again. Took 5 months to get dish washer then it came with no hook ups and they took our old one. Can’t get anyone to come hook up let alone send parts for us to hook up ourselves. Not sure how many times I can be transferred.

Signing up for totaltec was a no brainer. The thought of having my electronics covered and the ease of geek squad behind me really works.

I am so happy I became a member. The perks that come with this are worth every penny. The amount of gifts I have to put insurance adds up to the annual membership.

Installation went smoothly and happy with our new wall-mounted TV. I am also enjoying the Total Tech membership because of the free shipping.

This is a very good value, especially if you buy several devices from Best Buy since you will automatically be covered. Better safe than sorry.

I recommend total tech to anyone purchasing electronics. Purchased a new computer and the tech squad edit everything I needed to attend college.

I got this so that if I had problems with my PC, I could bring it in and have it worked on. I haven’t had problems yet but it’s great knowing I’m taken care of!

Purchased Sunday thinking “cool, I can have everything installed for free regardless of where it’s purchased.” I asked the gentleman helping me with the purchase if that included the ring system we purchased on Amazon and if that included having someone come out and help set up our smart home system that came with the house we literally just bought less than a week ago. I was told by the employee yes for both. Today I call to set up the appointment and found out that I will be still charged a fee to set everything up. Be careful what they tell you. I got lied to just to make the sale. I will not recommend this to anyone and will be looking to cancel once my appointments for the system are complete.

At first I was hesitant to purchase, but ever since I got it, it has put my mind at ease to let me know my electornics and other purcahse are cover.

Membership was worth the money. Already has 2 installation. Video cameras and TV install. Very professional and thorough service. Highly recommend

Well worth the annual fee if you shop Best Buy a lot. Free in store and home installs, extended warranties, special member pricing. Research it. Good stuff.

$180 for a dishwasher install + $40 haul away of the old one equals $220. A Total Tech membership for $200 includes those things and more.

Already used the membership. A Squad Member fixed Outlook when it locked up after an update. He was very knowledgeable and respectful.

The folks with Geek Squad were great - I would recommend them all the time. They were unable to restore all my files but were able to make about 90% work.

This was extremely worth it I was gonna have to pay for computer to be looked at this makes it so worth it and I was avle to get to front of line for series x too win win

This "Totaltech" save me big time. Mr.Sam and his partner did a wonderful job helping me out. Something that I can't do it along. Highlhy recomended.

I thought this was a real value. I have not had to use this as of yet but happy it is here if I need it. I have family that has used this and love it.

The service totally sucked!!! I ordered a 85 in tv and the mounting included, but instead they dropped my tv off set 2 appointments and never showed for 2 weeks!! I returned, and cancelled
