Being a total tech member is worth every penny you get so many deals

It makes it where i get great deals and i love the warranty’s i get with it

I appreciate the effort they did transferring the information from old to new computer for my son. So far I used the service for 2 computer startups with transfer of data etc. The cost is good. That deserved the 5 stars. However, they didn't do a good job with checking out the fan on my computer. They ended up disabling my computer. That deserves 2 stars and zero for not getting back to me whn I called and emailed them.

To be honest I only bought this to get my pc fixed, but I’ve been getting deals off with this membership aswell. I have yet to buy anything with it but if you have tech in your house that you frequently use or have issues with the geek squad perk makes this 10x better. So I would get this for peace of mind

I have been a Best Buy member for quite some time. Recently, my bank declined the renewal charge for my membership, and unfortunately, Best Buy did not notify me of this issue. I only discovered that my membership was inactive later on. When I contacted support, multiple representatives assured me that my devices would be reinstated as a "one-time courtesy exception." Despite these assurances, this never occurred. After numerous follow-ups and repeated promises, Best Buy’s support team ultimately declined to assist me. I am extremely disappointed by this experience, especially given the many purchases I have made over the years. As a result, I will no longer be investing in this company. I encourage anyone reading this to consider Best Buy’s unwillingness to work with loyal customers when issues arise.
