This is an scam. We bought the totaltech with our dryer and dishwasher because my husband and I didn't want to install the dishwasher on our own and thought what a great deal to have the old appliances hauled away plus have it installed. The "installation" guys came and told us that they can't install to apex pipe. This is a very, very common type of hook up. So why did I pay 200 dollars to have them come out and "install" it and then have to do it myself or pay more to have a plumber do it? At the very least Best Buy should mention this when they sell their "installation" services. Also, the dryer deliver was cancelled on us with no explanation after they had been texting and emailing all day that it was coming. After spending a half hour on the phone I was finally told that the truck broke down. I get that, but a call would have been nice or even a text to say, sorry, we can't deliver today, please reschedule. Instead it was just a "your order is cancelled". Curtsey in customer service. I will be cancelling this shortly. I will add the people that delivered were very nice and business like, so I don't blame them for the stupid customer service policies Best Buy has.

This has been a great purchase. I have saved hundreds so far and it’s only January. I needed a lot of technology upgrades and installs. This plan covered it all.

I just moved in and needed help to set up equipment, install appliances and get the help I needed. Best Buy provided all this and helped me get things done quickly!

Great saving options which who doesn’t like saving money as well as it has better and longer lasting membership than AppleCare. Worth the it if you shop Best Buy.

Here’s to hoping this is an HONEST value. So far so good as I’ve not had to use it on anything bought both PS5 and Xbox X and am now covered under this. (Fingers crossed)

Best Buy Totaltech membership is a great thing to have. So far Everything I bought from Best Buy is under 2 warranty. I love it. I would recommend this to anyone.

I am sure the intent was good, but the delivery and setup was incomplete. The delivery drivers were nice, but they just left iut if the blue without taking the tape and film off of the refrigerator and they did not hook up the water filter. After lots of back and forth, they came back.

Was hesitant at first especially the way sales people sell it. Especially the steep $200 cost but its all worth it with what comes with it.

This is a must have! They insure all of your components for a year (accidents covered). Also will help you build a PC and perform other help.
