Thais plan has saved us so much money with tech installs and being able to use geek squad as needed. It is worth the money.

I have been a Best Buy member for quite some time. Recently, my bank declined the renewal charge for my membership, and unfortunately, Best Buy did not notify me of this issue. I only discovered that my membership was inactive later on. When I contacted support, multiple representatives assured me that my devices would be reinstated as a "one-time courtesy exception." Despite these assurances, this never occurred. After numerous follow-ups and repeated promises, Best Buy’s support team ultimately declined to assist me. I am extremely disappointed by this experience, especially given the many purchases I have made over the years. As a result, I will no longer be investing in this company. I encourage anyone reading this to consider Best Buy’s unwillingness to work with loyal customers when issues arise.

Have you ever bought something expensive and instantly had the worry or gut wrenching anxiety of getting your new electronics in the car, will it fit? Give yourself that sigh of relief you need. The coverage, the extended timeframe for returns, the replacements. This subscription makes life easy.

Membership is reasonable and use it often, expressly the computer checkup and virus cleanup part.

Excellent service given by support employee at Best Buy. I would recommend the store to anyone planning to a buy a computer, a Microsoft Office 365 and a security plan as antivirus.

I have had this membership since it started. It is great to have if something goes wrong with your electronics that have been purchased. Would definitely recommend.

The membership is a good value. We love the fact that we don’t have to worry about anything we buy there. We rarely have any issue with our purchases but if we do they are very accommodating to take care of it quickly.
