Geek told me I would need a new mother board to fix my computer so I bought one he recommended and it still didn’t work. Told me he can’t fix it because he doesn’t know what’s wrong

Worth it if you buy more than 2k a year in items just items and if you get at home services a single tv mounting covers you. Good value.

Membership has great value for warranties, especially Apple products. I’ve also managed to get in on some very hard to find items with the help of this subscription.

I highly recommend purchasing the Total Care package. I have used it previously through Best Buy, it has saved me. Drop off for repair, middle of the night response.

TotalTech is great. Not only does it cover most of my Best Buy purchases, it give me favorable pricing on a lot of items and priority help and service when I need it.

 I will be completely honest, I only bought this because it made apple care plus cheaper compared to getting it without total tech.

This is a really great membership to have. The geek squad take they job seriously and are always asking the customers are you satisfied with the job they did.

So far this service has been a joke. 4 chat sessions and issue not resolved yet. I am just trying to get my computer to recognize my printer. However the agents are so busy with other chats you can't get anything done. I tried to get them to reference my other chat sessions so I don't have to recap things. Even then they forgot what they already asked me and keep asking the same questions over and over. Finally we reach a point where they will send me up the chain but I have to agree to wait one hour and be available for up to two hours. It is a simple fix but I just need to finally connect with someone. The one time they sent me a link for someone to connect to my computer but every time I clicked it flashed the blank box in the ongoing chat.

Comes in handy for installations, and repairs, better than getting extended warranty

The membership is a great value. Member prices, plus Geek Squad support are great and enjoy the peace of mind of getting additional protection with purchase.

Seems like a very good program if you plan on buying multiple items to have install it will cover the install cost and you get bonus incentives

Brought in desktop and laptop for the Geek Squad to tune up. Did a great job in a very timely manner even over a holiday weekend. Thanks guys and gals!

Totaltech, while expensive, is a great membership if you're looking to make an expensive purchase and want the additional warranty and service it comes with.

They took away the installation that used to be free of charge with the purchase of items. Such a let down, better off buying individual service plans for items

Just renewed after neglecting to before. This is a great deal and well worth the price. In addition to tech support you also get free installation of certain items.

I have been thinking about buying Total tech but I couldn't decide. My friend bought it and liked it so I did buy Total tech and it has already come in handy.

So helpful in getting everything changed over to my new laptop from my old one. A great deal considering it covers all of my devices.
