This membership has done exactly what I needed it to do!

I love that the membership prices are resonable and the fact that I get unlimited geek squad support! It is a great value for what you get! I love having the peace of mind that my device is covered!

This membership is one of few that actually more than paid for itself. I bought it with a laptop purchase last year. This year, all of my daughter’s kitchen appliances quit. I saved on haul away fees and installs. I had bought an Apple Watch from Apple but saved the cost of 2-year Apple care by returning it and re-buying at Best Buy. Additionally, they were able to resurrect my old desktop computer and install a new hard drive for just the cost of parts and everything was backed up with no loss of data.

I will get value from this purchase. I am not a computer guru so I need frequent help. I expect that I will be able to get timely appointments throughout the year so that I can learn more about my new computer and the applications on the computer. I already had a chance to use the membership in order to clear a virus that was on my old computer. I plan to go back and learn more about how to use the Windows 11 application. So far the people have been helpful and patient.

I love my Best Buy total plan. The local Geek Squad is always very helpful when I have an issue. If I have to leave my laptop or computer it's rarely more than one day and normally is fixed during my appointment. The extended warranty is great. I don't have to send a product back to the manufacturer for repair. The Geek Squad takes care of everything.

This membership is SO worth it with all of the deals that comes with it and the convenience.

The Best Buy membership we purchased back in November 2023, has been a real great value. We had just purchased another electronic device, and the warranty was already included since we have the membership package.

For $180 annually + free apple care? Say no more i am down 100% why spend more money to get apple care when you can just apply for beat buy total get a better deal + faster shipping and handling sign me up please! Seriously guys no need to think twice just get it, it is definitely worth it trust me and you can save a lot more money!

This membership already paid for itself.... I bought a $1000 camera and dropped it. I was so upset but then I remembered I bought this membership and was able to get a replacement the same day! You need this.

The membership for one year is priced just right. I would recommend the membership to anyone that has bought a new computer at Best buy. Don't forget geek squad they will help you with anything with your computer.

I am very happy with the Best Buy Total membership. The discounts, sales, additional promos, and the included protection plan was well worth the yearly cost. It paid for itself by March.

The membership was fine. I had it for one year and had no issues. But more importantly, your customer service is amazing. I forgot about the Total Membership subscription and needed to cancel because I was laid off, but my account was associated with my work email which I no longer had access to. When I noticed the fee on my credit card, your customer service team refunded me with no issues. Best Buy could have fought me and kept a one-time fee, but by treating me well they have kept me as a happy customer. Knowing that they operate in good faith, I can fully recommend this membership.
