The membership was fine. I had it for one year and had no issues. But more importantly, your customer service is amazing. I forgot about the Total Membership subscription and needed to cancel because I was laid off, but my account was associated with my work email which I no longer had access to. When I noticed the fee on my credit card, your customer service team refunded me with no issues. Best Buy could have fought me and kept a one-time fee, but by treating me well they have kept me as a happy customer. Knowing that they operate in good faith, I can fully recommend this membership.

Surprisingly worth it. I'm not usually a "buy the extra warranty kinda guy, but extending returns, extended price matches and services provided (like they mounted my new TV in a brick wall for free) have easily recovered my the cost of my membership and then some. Best Buy should create something for TT members that is prominently displayed showing people how much money they've saved with their membership. Keep in mind that I've purchased at least $5k worth of stuff, if all you are buying one TV in the next year and plan to put it on a cabinet, TT might not make a lot of sense, but if you spend $$$ at BB, get the membership.

Even after reading about it, I am not sure what exactly I get, also I was supposed to receive a $100 or $125 credit to use for 30 days, but what am I looking for, an email, a physically mailed letter, or is it a reward to use when on my next purchase, I haven't a CLUE.

It’s a great membership. Comes with a lot of benefits. Definitely recommend getting it .

I bought this service when i purchased my gaming PC for the extended warranty bennefits. So far, ive been liking it especially since everything i have bought since also gets additional warranty and support. The only downside is the price, as $179 is pretty steep for a yearly subscription. If you purchase something expensive (like a gaming PC) or buy a lot of products from Best Buy then its worth it. If not, then paying for this is likely overkill.

The total tech insurance is so worth the cost yearly.

The service we have received through our membership has proven invaluable in helping us recover from a near lighting strike that comprised a lot of our home's entertainment, computer and security features and the Tech's were outstanding in meeting our needs and were very timely and professional in installing / replacing our home audio and entertainment systems.

I needed some work done on my desktop and I purchased Best Buy total membership and I don't regret spending one penny. It paid for itself in one day, my Computer was fixed and I have used it twice this year for other purchases, and all win situation.

For the price, if you shop enough at Best Buy this is worth its weight in gold. Special deals are routinely offered, free shipping on most items or expedited and 60 day return policy versus the standard 15. Do the math and depending on your shopping patterns, if Best Buy is a semi regular stop for you, you might find this tier works out perfectly to save money, get your products to you faster and/or for free and discount deals on many items.

I'm always skeptical of company "subscriptions or memberships" like I won't be shopping here a whole lot. Well I am now. Fixing up my place. New TV, laptop, new gpu, stove, etc. the warranty coverage aloneakes it a great deal plus I'm the member deals are pretty good so far nothing I would get (have had the membershio less than a month) but they're good products for a decent deal. The store manage was also able to return some products of mine and "repurchase them" so I can get warranty coverage with this membership.
