It took several weeks to get a date on the calendar. Then the appointment was canceled two days before I was to take in my laptop for repair!! Alot of money wasted....!!

Total tech has by far the worst customer service I have ever had. Phone reps tell you whatever will get you off the phone when it comes to booking install and delivery. I had a tech show up to my house to install a TV without the TV. Next appointment 2 weeks out tech arrives with TV however says the ph reps booked the wrong type of appointment and I will need to rebook another appointment. Next appointment no shows up and customer service does not know why. After 15 calls in to total tech I am still without my TV and they are telling the next appointment is another 2 weeks out. Save you self the headache and lies. Dont buy this ketchup popcile!
