It’s a good thing to have comfort in knowing warranty is on everything i buy now

The Best Buy Total Membership is still a great deal, but I’m giving it 4 stars because they’ve removed some of the benefits it initially offered while keeping the price the same. The perks that remain, like free shipping and exclusive offers, are still valuable, but it doesn’t feel as rewarding as it used to.

Save yourself some headaches and get Best Buy Total. you can take your tech in to Geeksquad and not have to pay anything more.

I didn't really use totaltech much. I like the price savings, but I don't like the initial cost. I only bought it because I was buying a $2000 refrigerator. Well, long story short and BB had a glitch and delayed my order for months before cancelling it. The reason it gets 5 stars is because BB cancelled and refunded the purchase of totaltech because of this error; I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't have such a huge purchase. I've never utilized the other features, such as warranty work or shipping.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus limited Geek Squad help is incredible and makes the membership totally worth it. Highly recommend!

I am very thankful for my Best Buy Total membership, I am very happy with how it works and the coverage of all my devices.

When I needed it, the service came in great. My only concern was the auto-renew charge and the ropes I had to jump to cancel that and have the charges removed after cancellation.

This is a great membership as I always have protection for my electronics.

I like this protection because they help us solve problems with the items.

We’re so glad we bought this membership. We had a tv that was our of warranty and all of a sudden had lines down the middle. The Best Buy team brought us the newer model and installed it quickly and cleanly to replace the broken one at no charge. Great value!!!

So far so good. I have not needed their help, but when I do, I will be calling.

My membership has been great. First time I had issues with my Desktop computer, they completed what needed to be done and I never lost anything that was on there. Was very relieved! The second time was for my Laptop, they worked on it and completed all the work that I needed. Great service and tech support.

This membership is a great value and we try to make all purchases at Best Buy due to the pricing and protection plans that come with it. It takes away the dilemma of purchasing the expensive and seldom used protection plans as it comes without additional charge.
