Installing a tv isn’t that difficult. But it’s even better when the skilled team from Best Buy pops it up on the wall like it was always there!!

Overall, I've been happy with the plan. I don't often have problems with my computer and accessories. It is nice to know that when I do, they are covered by the plan.

I love having the Total Membership. It's so nice knowing I can contact support any time or take in any of my devices if I'm having trouble. Getting help remotely is my favorite, it's been a lifesaver a number of times! You're dealing with experts every time you reach out for support and they do everything they can to fix whatever problem you're having. I've had the plan for years and will continue to renew it!

Total tech has been a godsend for me and my family on all of our products. From transferring data, getting returns on products and geek squad service, total tech makes perfect sense for anyone who plans on buying from Best Buy.

I experienced the BEST of the BEST assistance when I picked up my New Lenove Yoga. Christina/Christine was wonderful and actually showed me everything I needed to know. I came home and was able to immediately begin working!!

This plan used to be better but now they are increasing the price and giving less service. Previous plan included tv installations which was worth it. Don't know why the deleted that and wish they would reinstate it. It still has some great benefits

I am all about best buy when shopping for electronics the peace of mind i get knowing I'm covered is very important to me and that's what you get when you invest in the membership that best buy offers not only are your product covered you get discounts that only members get too its a win win and well worth the price

Had to get a new membership but it’s an awesome deal. I get everything covered for free for usually 2 years. Geek squad sets up my computer for free. I get member deals. I also save money every time I get something.

Membership is worth the yearly cost if you shop a lot at Best Buy or have an item that needs returned because it’s defective. The membership discounts offset the cost for me.
