I used the membership once to save a few dollars. It was just a power supply replacement. The tech did not reconnect the front end USB connector to the correct port. They had it connected to the fire wire port. I had to do the fix. Fortunately it didn't cause a malfunction to the motherboard.

Just starting to use. So far very satisfied, still aways to go to decide it's worth.

They Sucked. I only purchased to get the appliences I purchased installed. They did not install. After the fact said I did not select the right box. I contacted them, they said nothing they could do, could come out and install but would be at an additional charge.

If you find yourself stuck in technological quagmires on a monthly basis, it should prove valuable. If you can't afford that $200 per year price look somewhere sels.

Peachtree City GA has the best tech team. Brandon and his associates are top rate. They are curteous, professional, and always willing to help.

The geek squad is like having help all the time They are easy to reach and it make you feel that you don't have to get frustrated not knowing something

Honestly, the price tag was super steep. Yet, I have been super happy with the membership only proces and the many benefits. Especially when you get free warranties.

Just too much technology for me to keep up with and Geek Squad was a good value for support. Like that I can go to any Best Buy with my membership and get support.

Total rip-off, don’t waste your money like I did, unless you buy tons of stuff at BB. They make it sound like a one-time charge but it’s every year. Will not be renewing.
