when making major purchases such as appliances, computers or televisions it is also essential to purchase a membership plan. I recently made a purchase and something happened that would have cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket but because i had the membership protection plan it cost me nothing

Highly recommend getting this warranty with Any appliance. I can’t tell you how many thousands of dollars it has saved me over the years in repairs and replacements.

I brought my computer in as a Microsoft update took out my drivers. The system is set up so it’s cheaper to spend $180 than pay for a quick fix. That’s fine but when l got home they had set my speakers to automatically default to incorrect speakers, Dragon didn’t work either.

This membership is a great value, I highly recommend it.

I purchased a new Dell laptop with Windows 11 because my old laptop could not support Windows 11. So I purchased the Best Buy membership for a year thinking I could get support from the Geek Squad in getting everything moved over from my old laptop to the new one. I stopped by the support desk with both laptops and someone asked if he could help me. I actually got most everything moved onto my new laptop by myself but had some questions about how One Drive worked. He didn’t really answer my questions and after a while, he said I’ll be back and went to the back room behind the support desk. He never came back out and after waiting for over a half hour, I packed up my laptops and went home. This was obviously very disappointing since that was the reason I purchased the membership. Since then, I have figured everything out on my own.

The membership is great to have, since I purchased my computer nothing wrong has happened to it. I’m happily proud
