This has always been great and I have had this for years, my only complaint is when the Geek Squad contact and support members went outside USA. It seems to never get the problems resolved and they never close the loop on the job when completed. Before they stayed on the line until the problem was resolved. If the worked on it off line they would always return a call to you to insure the problem was resolved.

I was able to get free apple care with my membership of 175 a year, where as apple care would have cost me over 200 dollars. Now anytime I get a new apple device at BestBuy it comes with free apple care and 24/7 Geek Squad Protection! I get exclusive member deals and so much more. I would highly recommend that anyone who shops at BestBuy should get this membership.

I was a little apprehensive at first if the membership would be worth it. However, I looked at the benefits and knew it was a no brainer. I have used it twice already for unexpectedly. I am very glad got it.

Total Protection by BestBuy offers exceptional value for wide protection of all of our electronic devices, surpassing of services we've used in the past. It has now been at least eight years running.

I'm typically not the type of person to get into memberships and loyalty programs, but this one paid for itself. I was able to save an additional $250 off my purchase due to a price change that was honored after the normal return/exchange period. The additional days for price match is a small part of a great decision to get the membership. I bought headphones for my daughter and usually (at other retailers) I would have to pay for additonal warranty or coverage. But the membership includes it already. There is support for products that were not bought at Best Buy. Highly recommend
