This membership was definitely worth the money!!! Pricing, installations, delivery, services, etc. So glad I purchased this membership , it’s a must!!!!

Purchased this on Dec 6, 2021 . Don’t trust anyone in store selling you this package or over the phone they say what ever to get you on board. I will start off by saying the benefits of total tech membership is amazing (if properly explained to you) which probably isn’t going to happen since no bestbuy team member has any idea of what it does. Certain items that have issues after the return period but are currently under total tech must be shipped out and can take up to 4 weeks to receive it back. If no issues are found with the item you can be subjected to an additional fee as well. This is one of the few things I was mislead on where I was told you can bring anything back and we fix it on the spot. Secondly for $200 a year you would think the dedicated concierge team would be an all-star team, instead they are a bunch of people that don’t know their products or procedures and when you tell them we’ll your peer said so and so they try to flip the tables and state well it’s black and white on our terms and conditions page. If I’m paying $200 a year I’m not reading no terms and conditions I would like it properly explained to me for my specific scenario. I will say this 95% of the time you will get a person who is not professional or knowledgeable on the products or Best Buy total tech, but when you do get that 5% and they know wow everything aligns smoothly. I would not recommend total tech to anyone as it is still in its infancy stage and oblivious needs to be worked on within the whole organization.

We got the protection plan because of all the benefits it came with when buying three new phones. We felt like it saved us money the first purchase.

The total tech membership has been great so far. been able to get early access to products with the perks of electronic protection. would highly recommend!

Good service, if your buy something expensive in best buy , I suggest to buy total tech service, if something broken they will give you new one

I placed an order for a tv, tv wall mount and the total tech back on March 25th. The wall mount was to be delivered the 26th but was delayed till the following week 4/1. Well that day came and went and I called and they said it was at the local Best Buy waiting to go out and I proceeded to tell them I had a install appt on 4/7. They said it will be there. So 4/7 the tech guys come with my tv but not the mount. I had to leave and go to the Best Buy and see what was going on. They told me I wasn’t allowed to pick up my order because it’s waiting in the back to be delivered. I asked them to change it to pick up but was told that’s not allowed. So I had to buy another one right then because the tech guys are at my house waiting. Fir the pass month I have had the runaround about this mount. Today they finally cancel it saying that they weren’t able to deliver it. I’m keeping this tech service for the year I paid for but this will be my last major purchase from Best Buy. I know my $1200 won’t hurt them but I won’t make the mistake of helping them again.

Love total tech. They examined 2 old pc and recovered data from a broken one! Bought two pc and had them set them up. They did a great job

The Geek Squad gives me the support and knowledge needed to not worry about what to do is there is a problem. The 24/7 coverage is the best part.

Terrible!!! Needed work done and the yahoos they sent didn’t know what they doing….ended up SO stressed!! It was a horrible headache…get better delivery people/installers!!!

This membership is a really good value I got a discount on my Microsoft package and they tuned up the computer for me and I have a years service for it
