Definitely worth it if you plan to do major tech or appliance upgrades. Issues are usually with scheduling and the time windows they provide — otherwise — worth the money as people on Task Rabbit would charge you much more with varying degrees of intergrity

I’ve had to have techs out twice for assistance, once with a dishwasher and once with my treadmill, both purchased with Best Buy. Both experiences have been so easy! Scheduling is fast, you will receive text updates regarding appointment windows and the techs always call before en route in case you need to adjust/leave work to meet them.

This is a great service to have; they have fixed every issue I have had; excluding the installation of 365 and not knowing anything about Microsoft. I really wish that person did. It may have saved me a trip and an issue. Otherwise they are amazing and the perks of this program outweigh that mishap any day of the week. We all have bad days.

We like having the extra 2 years of protection on our purchases.

If you have a lot of devices like we do for a business it makes sense to have the memberships as we could pay for quite a few years for the same price as having the warranty per device.
