Love this membership, especially with a new home where I knew I was going to be buying multiple appliances and needing them installed. Has saved me so much time and headache, because I can just get the Appliance as needed and have it installed. Completely worth the cost for me!

The protection plan is one of the best perks of Best Buy. All electronic, and appliances purses are covered under your protection plan! I'm big on warranties.

Was going to purchase a warranty anyway, I figured why not try Totaltech and get the additional benefits? I purchased an appliance and having the additional two year warranty, free haul away, free install, and additional membership perks might come in handy for future purchases. I believe this was a great value.

I love this membership. I recently had problems with my gaming laptop so I purchased the Best Buy totaltech membership and it really helped me get back on track with absolutely no problems. If you are are an avid tech person or gamer, it’s the best option.

I love that I am covered no matter what I buy there I have Apple care coverage and I have coverage on my other electronics. Makes it a smart purchase no matter what

This total tech protection in the smartest purchase ever. All of my appliances, cell phone holders for car, television & wall mount, an awesome digital display clock with Alexa features, etc. have been purchased at Best Buy. The best option to have a guarantee of the products without spending more, or they fix it or replace it, at a price that is really lower than that of a repair and the best thing is that all the items purchased under the coverage are included without paying a dollar more

I have always loved best buy for many reasons especially thier electronics. I believe they have an amazing warranty and thier staff are always ready to help customers who are having trouble with an electronic device or cant find the right item they need in the store for say there entertainment center.

This membership really was a value. We purchased 2 new MacBook Pro's to replace 2 Windows computers and we needed to have our information transferred over. The cost of the membership was very close to what it would have been for the transfer. Made sense and now we have 1 years worth of service and coverage.

Staff is superb for phone support related issues and resolution . Very supportive in purchase / order modifications process. But practical on site service and help poor

Was definitely useful while I had it. I had car stereo installation and a number of other items where this came in handy. The recent price hikes make it less appealing.
