My experience with the geek squad techs has been awesome. They have been very efficient and knowledgeable with solving my problems and answering my questions

They sold me this in-store and told me it would cover anything on my e-scooter purchase. Then when i went to call them they said they dont cover E-scooter's.. Store reps just want the sale, they have no knowledge

Great value . Member prices and unlimited geek squad support are great. I purchased 6 items and all got free delivery, installation and haul away for free.
