Worth keeping the Geek Squad. I let it lapse for two months due to financial concerns, and I got a virus. I won't let Geek Squad go again.

This membership has been great. Geek squad help has been utilized and no disappointments.

The membership came in handy. My newly purchased computer suffered all kind of delays. The first time it was shipped it was stolen/lost. After I went through all of the red tape to get the computer replaced, things still kept going wrong for several months. And things didn't get any better until I decided to contact Best Buy and purchased a Geek Squad membership. It made life a lot simpler and easy. You can't go wrong with a Membership!

Honestly the membership is worth the price point I pay more than it annually to watch tv and game why wouldnt i want to protect my electronics I use for those things; not to mention all the great deals I get, and before everyone else?! Im excited to go holiday shopping now.

I feel this membership is a bit expensive. It is hard to utilize due to the customer service people don't understand you when you call. I would love it if we could go to the store and schedule the Geek Squad and not have to call the 800 number. Although they are hard to utilize, once they figure out what you need this is a good service.

Quite pleased with this program. Hope to use it in the future.
