So glad I purchased this membership! Took my laptop in for repair during the peak of Covid season. I was ready to purchase a new laptop, but inventory issues were crazy. So purchased the support instead......it saved my life! Just recently started working remotely from home and experienced so many issues, because my employer's programs were not compatible with Windows 11. I have called the Geek Squad several times in the past month, and they have been a life saver! Wait times are really long, but they always answer my questions and take care of my issues. I will renew it again, when the time comes.

Great value for the cost. We love that we can get Geek squad help with our tech, and the extended warranties are a real nice feature. Verizon tried to talk us into their protection plan, but Best Buy is the better investment. The technicians are a great help!

I recent bought 12,000 worth of stuff from best buy (new home). I wouldnt dare by all those appliances & not have this plan to cover them.

So far, this has been a really nice membership. We recently purchased a new refrigerator and got an extra year coverage for it. Plus, we also get AppleCare for all our Apple products we purchase for two years.
