This plan has saved me money by providing me with extended warranties and protection by crediting me the difference in price if an item goes on sale after my purchase. I have exercised this credit on more than one item I have purchased and has made this plan well worth it for me.

So far, this has been a really nice membership. We recently purchased a new refrigerator and got an extra year coverage for it. Plus, we also get AppleCare for all our Apple products we purchase for two years.

I recent bought 12,000 worth of stuff from best buy (new home). I wouldnt dare by all those appliances & not have this plan to cover them.

This membership is a real value! Having Geek Squad assistance and the extra protection/warranty on products is great. I've used Geek Squad Tech Support many times, saving me money in the long run, and most of the time it dan be done remotely while I'm sitting comfortably at home while repairs, etc are made!

Absolutely wonderful to have when I am not someone who is up on the latest technology. Nice to know that the Geek Squad is happy to help and listen to everything

Good price. Geek Squad support was terrible. I still can't send email. Squad spent over two hours in two sessions and still could not undo the mess that they created when they installed Outlook.

I’m not a techie person so having this membership gives me reassurance my product is 100% covered! I highly recommend it if you’re not techie savvy.

I needed this for when my laptop broke and I needed tech support. It gave me a discount for services. I also liked the extended warranties and when they’d say thanks for being a member at checkout. This is great if you buy from Best Buy a lot, otherwise you can probably skip it.

I was bummed when Best Buy announced this membership because I would no longer be a elite plus member. I always spent 3.5k per year to have those perks. But you get way more with Total Tech. 60 day returns, tech support etc. But the best part is I get deals on all kinds of item. I bought a Samsung Q900C that is normally $7,999 for under 5k. They had it for 3k off for a day just for Total tech members. I had my eye on last years model that was discounted and I ended up getting this years model for the same price! Now instead of having to spend 3k plus a year, I get better benefits for $200 per year and I basically get paid to have it!

Gives me comfort knowing they will assist with anything and everything in my home. I have to say the best service ever.

This membership is great for the protection plans, though this was a lot better when they had in home services included. Would really recommend that they add if you buy the items (tv, appliance, etc..) at the store it should be covered with the membership. I understand other if you don’t get the items there it shouldn’t insulation shouldn’t be included but definitely should be if getting the items directly.

Very satisfied with the service. The tech came out the following day to address my concerns. The tech was very familiar with the product and when confronted with an outdated app, he was knowledgeable to go to the manufacturers websites to address the matter quickly. On all service call the techs that have done work in my house over the past several years have all been courteous, professional, and have done an excellent job. And, without asking, they have put on the shoe coverings when going outside to their van for supplies.

Technicians are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, but bestbuy needs more sraff, and setting up an appointment online is frustrating
