No longer a good deal

The install was horrible. Best Buy bids out to a third-party vendor. Best Buy will not help you in any way. The oven was dented and the installer had wrong cord. No safety precautions were taken. Best Buy total tech support is horrible. After 3 trips they offered me a gift card of $150 and cancelled it because I had to return dishwasher as well. The gift card was for time spent waiting on tech and inconvenient. I thought that was a very nice gesture. Technician left the bottom plate off of dishwasher. Do yourself a favor and stay away from their geek squad. They are rude and will leave you on hold for hours. I have never dealt with the level of incompetence as I have with their overseas customer service over the last two weeks. I was hung up on twice. Who offers you compensation and takes it back? The supervisor was so petty and unprofessional. I am now on my 5th day off work due to another pick up.

Not worth the price

After 45 minutes the person could not solve my issue. Very disappointing to pay for this service. Called Apple Support and they resolved the problem in less than 5 minutes!
