Best Buy is seriously the best! Their website is super easy to use, and I always find what I'm looking for. Plus, their prices are usually pretty good, especially if you catch a sale. I love that I can order online and pick up in store - it's so convenient! Definitely recommend checking them out.

I haven't used it yet, but I'll tell you in the future because I have it on my washer/dryer and my washer is malfunctioning.

I've been using Total for 3 years and have absolutely recouped my money and saved time, headache, and loss. This is multiple times each year. Best buy dispatched a microwave tech within a week who diagnosed the issue and will be back within the next week to replace the heat sensor just in case there could be further issues. Today, I walked in with my wifi router that turned into junk over the course of a year. I walked out with a completely different brand and made it a mesh system to replace it. No questions asked, no hassle. Total is WORTH IT.

I really appreciate and use my Best Buy Total membership. Luckily I don't have to use it very often, but I know it is there when I do. I renew my membership annually. There was two years I didn't have it and they were very expensive years. I won't go without it again.

The only negative; they signed me up for yearly membership with a card sign up. Which I did not agree too. I’d like to not pay 180$ a year when I don’t really purchase from Bestbuy. It’s great for someone who buys a lot from Best Buy.

This membership has worked perfectly for me and simplified aspects of certain products that can come with some factory problems.

The membership gives me peace of mind. It saves me a lot of money.
