This membership is a real value - You get unlimited geek squad support - I also love that whatever I buy I know it’s going to be covered for two years!!!!

I suppose if you’re using Geek Squad services and ordering from Best Buy every month, this is a good deal. Honestly, I purchased it just so I’d have crack at an RTX 3080 when they drop, since BB basically locked those behind a paywall. It was still a better deal than the scalpers who have ruined the current market, but for someone who has been trying to get an RTX 3080 for the last year, I feel that the Total Tech pre-req is a slap in the face. Whatever, I gave in and the GPU is awesome. It’s just a shame that it all had to go down like this.

Associate who sold me the total tech didn’t even know that it doesn’t apply to whirlpool appliances in the first year because you have to go through manufacture warranty. Very poor experience. Had to go through hassle to get refund.

With the Prices of quality TVs and sound bars this service is absolutely worth every penny. The piece of mind i got knowing i have support is great.
