I had not initially thought membership was necessary; however, I am glad I made the investment. I've used it multiple times and it has worked to my advantage in providing discounts and immediate resolution to questions I've had about my computer/operating system. I've definitely recouped my investment ++. I would definitely suggest purchasing a Totaltech membership, especially if one may not have sufficient time/experience to resolve issues on one's own. It saves time, effort, and the possibility of mistakes. There are also additional perks like discounts and extended time to claim them that do not apply without Totaltech membership.

I knew we would be needing a bunch of new appliances, a tv and a computer so I joined. I was so pleased with the delivery and set-up of our the first item ( a large wall mount tv) that I renewed my membership. When I had an issue with the wall mount, they came right out and took care of it. They also helped me set-up my sound bar and remote. Since then, we've replaced all of our appliances and the delivery and installation went very smoothly for all! It's been worth every penny for our, not so handy, have no time, household.

I mainly use this for maintenance since Humble, Texas best buy help me fix my computer and learn new stuff from it. They even were nice and helpful on telling me what was up. And made sure i didnt get any defective parts. They were extremely fast on their maintaining part and i was surprised because they told me that it was going to take a week! NOPE it took 3 days for them to fix it and let me know that it was ready and i like the daily updates they do.

Honestly wasn’t sure about whether to invest in Best Buy membership but have already called and used the Geek Squad service and they were able to assess and solve the issue with one call.

This membership is great, it protects you from all inconveniences.

I love My Best Buy Total membership. I have had to use it a few times, both being computers, The 1st time was with my laptop I bought and it would freeze every time I would try to load something. The other computer was my husband's personal build gaming computer. When the latest update happened their ended up being an encrypted file preventing my husband from doing anything on his computer. In both cases, they found the problem and fixed it without any cost to me due to having the membership! Between both issues, it would have costed almost $500 or more to fix them.

I needed the Geek Squad and they were great. Timely and efficient.
