We have greater confidence buying from Best Buy when we have the Total membership coverage. The help desk in the store is very good (though usually busy), and people are also responsive online/via phone. We have used this service for several years now and feel it is worth the price.

The best thing I have ever done is be a member of Best Buy. I have purchased all my appliances, from TVs and fridges down to a Dyson, to clean out the home. Every time I have had any issues, Best Buy has been there to address them and have gone above and beyond to assist me and make things right
